What have we been saying all along? We've been saying that Hillary Clinton is a liar and has been breaking the law for years.
When her email scandal first broke, she held a press conference at the United Nations and told the world that she never emailed classified material on her private server.
Then, when the State Department revealed that to be a complete lie, Hillary Clinton amended her statement and said that none of her emails “were classified at the time.”
Now, we know that is a lie as well.
The Obama administration has discovered dozens of emails that were classified from the very beginning. Many of these included conversations with foreign dignitaries, which while they might not be stamped ‘Classified,’ they are automatically considered to be classified.
Mrs. Clinton is a liar, a criminal for violating the law, and must not be allowed to run for President!
The law couldn’t be clearer. Here is what Section 1924 Of Title 18 of the US Code has to say about this…
“Whoever, being an officer, employee, contractor, or consultant of the United States, and, by virtue of his office, employment, position, or contract, becomes possessed of documents or materials containing classified information of the United States, knowingly removes such documents or materials without authority and with the intent to retain such documents or materials at an unauthorized location shall be fined under this title or imprisoned for not more than one year, or both.”
Hillary Clinton broke the law. She hired a technology firm without the proper security clearance to manage a server for her State Department emails. The server was not secure and there were no firewalls… It was open season for foreign hackers trying to spy on our State Department.
There’s a reason that what Hillary did is illegal. What she did was dangerous and damaging to our national security.
With every passing day, we learn of more and more evidence that Hillary Clinton broke the law.
Even with all this evidence that Hillary Clinton broke the law, the administration still refuses to say this is a criminal investigation.
Well what would you call it?
What would you call a public official who knowingly and illegally stored classified materials? What would you call a person so intent on hiding documents from Congress that she would put American intelligence secrets at risk of being exposed?
Would you call that person fit to be President? Hell no!
If the Obama administration won't make this a criminal investigation, then that responsibility falls to Congress.
