OOPS! NSA ADMITS TO VIOLATING YOU!
Dear Conservative Friend,
The Washington Post says it all: “The National Security Agency has broken privacy rules or overstepped its legal authority thousands of times each year since Congress granted the agency broad new powers in 2008, according to an internal audit and other top-secret documents.”
BOTH sides of the aisle are criticizing this admission by the NSA!
This latest “confession” this past week indicates that the Obama administration is trying to strip YOU of your freedoms and liberties. The bottom line: The NSA has admitted that they are “snooping” on patriotic Americans. Of course this VIOLATES parts of the First and Third Amendments to the U.S. Constitution; and totally “trashes” the Fourth Amendment!
This ultimate transgression against your rights must be met with a stern fax to the United States Congress!
Notify Congress that they must put a STOP to the intrusion of your freedoms by the NSA!
Many of the bumper stickers across America read: “I love my country. But I fear my government!”
In spite of this overt privacy intrusion, somehow COMPLACENCY and APATHY continue to rule in Congress! But not you, my Friend! But to many in Congress, it appears that the Obama government can do whatever it wants; and we blindly follow like sheep “to the slaughter!”
The Obama Administration is to blame for this obvious usurpation of power. And now President Obama has been caught in three OUTRIGHT LIES:
He appeared on CBS a few weeks back to claim that the secret FISA court is “transparent.”
He appeared on NBS to claim: “We don’t have a domestic spying program.”
He held a press conference this past week to say there was “No evidence the NSA was ‘actually abusing’ power!”
Then after the NSA admitted to spying, the White House “back-peddling” began en masse! Phrases like, “Oh, he was not deliberately lying… He just had merely been wrong.” WHAT??!!
My Friend, let’s face it. President Obama is “smart.” However, I cannot believe that he is so unaware of the world around him that he made such a ridiculous statement. But if you check out his historical modus operandi, you will see ILLEGAL statements abound already!
According to the Wall Street Journal, “The NSA has developed a surveillance network that can reach about 75 percent of all Internet traffic in the U.S. While the spy agency’s filtering programs were designed to mine communications either originating from or ending abroad, the system is gathering purely domestic communications as well.”
In spite of the NSA putting pressure on the Post to “back off’ on the story, The Washington Post reports: “The NSA audit obtained by the Post, dated May 2012, counted 2,776 incidents in the preceding 12 months of unauthorized collection, storage, access to or distribution of legally protected communications. Most were unintended (??). Many involved failures of due diligence or violations of standard operating procedure. The most serious incidents included a violation of a court order and unauthorized use of data about more than 3,000 Americans and green-card holders.”
We must force Congress to stop President Obama and his power-hungry “comrades” using unconstitutional assaults on your freedoms and guaranteed liberties!
Put Congress “ON NOTICE” that they must put a STOP to the intrusion of your freedoms by the NSA!
Quite frankly, Verizon, AOL, AT&T, Google, T-Mobile, Sprint, Facebook Skype and others are “co-conspirators” in this violation of your rights and freedoms!
During recent testimony, the NSA revealed that it gathers 250 million Internet communications each year. Of those, possibly 56,000 Internet communications were sent by Americans or persons in the USA, with NO, yes, NO connection to terrorism! This is a total outrage!
The bottom line: President Barack Obama is in an all-out attack against our United States Constitution!
Yet, to perpetuate the cover-up and stonewalling, White House spokesman Josh Earnest said, as reported by the Huffington Post, “The White House still contends there is no domestic surveillance program despite new revelations about the scope of U.S. emails and Internet communications that can get swept up by the NSA. He said the program is specifically to gather foreign intelligence, adding that the fact that the extent of incidental American surveillance has been documented is proof positive that accountability measures are working properly.”
WOW! What an outrageous LIE!
Let me see if I understand this correctly: The NSA has just admitted to additional surveillance of innocent Americans; and the White House once again says there are no domestic surveillance programs! They really need to get their stories straight!!
Attorney Ken White writes on his civil liberties blog about analyzing the federal government’s spying powers:
GOVERNMENT WILL LIE about the scope of its surveillance programs
GOVERNMENT WILL LIE about the need to keep its surveillance programs secret
GOVERNMENT WILL LIE about how its surveillance programs are used
GOVERNMENT WILL LIE about who and what is inevitably swept-up in its surveillance programs
According to former Congressman Bob Barr: “It is no secret that NSA spends untold billions each year amassing the largest collection of electronic communications date in history, and employs in its work the most sophisticated technology available anywhere in the world. Thus, the Agency’s claim that the massive bulk collection of data is necessary because it lacks sufficient technology is particularly unconvincing. For example, the NSA claims it is unable to ‘determine whether a foreign mobile phone has entered the United States.’ Given what we know about the level of sophistication behind the government’s ability to track and monitor communication devices, this claim hardly can be made with a straight face.”
But the data collection against Americans goes much, much deeper than mere Internet emails or telephone calls! Your financial data is also under scrutiny by federal agencies.
U. S. Senator Mike Crappo (R-ID) recently revealed: “The agency (The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau – CFPB) is seeking to collect data about our mortgage, credit card and student loan transactions. About 80 percent of our financial transactions are being monitored and I frankly think it will soon expand to 100 percent.” This is all without our knowledge for the benefit of “Big Brother” Barack Obama!

On top of that, the NSA just revealed to NBC last Tuesday that they did NOT know the full extent of what Edward Snowden took from the NSA!
What is going on at the National Security Administration?
They don’t know all that was taken by Snowden.
They cannot get their stories straight on how much snooping they have done on patriotic American citizens.
I believe their bottom line is for: President Obama to cause a panic and fear to overcome the American people as he seeks to nullify the United States Constitution! Do you agree?
We are at a critical crossroads in the history of the United States of America! Together, we must UNITE against this illegal spy program against patriotic Americans!!
I am pleading with you: Please do not “surrender” to President Obama, his NSA, and his socialistic agenda. Your fax can help rescue America from literal tyranny!
