Your every phone call, every email, every text message can be intercepted by the U.S. government if they believe one of the parties involved is outside the United States and has been deemed a threat.
FISA expires at the end of the year, and the House just voted in favor of extending it for five more years.
Now, it moves to the Senate. Fax the Senate now and tell them to vote “no” on extending the government’s ability to spy on innocent American citizens!

FISA gives the feds the authority to eavesdrop on you if they wish to “acquire foreign intelligence information.”The National Security Administration (NSA) will now have complete control over your every day activities. It strips you of your Fourth Amendment rights. It is, essentially, a great big rubber stamp that allows Big Brother is allowed to look over your shoulder at any time of any day.

We are entering a new America. Our country is becoming one big police state. If the terrorists hoped they would win on September 11, 2001, they must be celebrating wildly now, watching us destroy the foundations of freedom they so hate:
- When we fly, we are groped, humiliated and practically strip-searched; then, even after we get through security, a TSA agent can walk up to us at any moment and demand to “test” the water we are drinking.
- When we are in our backyards or strolling down a city street, police cameras and drones watch us from above.
- The FBI is illegally tracking American citizens and can access their exact location at anytime so long as their Apple device is turned on.
- The Obama administration is working on backdoor ways to strip us of our right to bear arms.
- Tea Party groups, conservative donors, and now even the Gallup organization are being targeted, audited and threatened by the Obama administration when they don’t like the information that is being disseminated.
Are you the next victim of Obama’s police state?

Join the Conversation on FacebookAccording to Wired, FISA means, “The government does not have to identify the target or facility to be monitored. It can begin surveillance a week before making the request, and the surveillance can continue during the appeals process if, in a rare case, the secret FISA court rejects the surveillance application. The court’s rulings are not public.”
No warrants. No due process. No just cause. No rights.
No freedom.
Sen. Ron Wyden (R-OR) and Sen. Mark Udall (D-CO) are fighting the bill, saying it has a loophole that would be used to “circumvent traditional warrant protections and search for the communications of a potentially large number of Americans.”
Wyden says, “The challenge is to ensure that we are protecting the well-being of our people…while at the same time standing up for those extraordinarily important values of liberty, and that we strike the balance…And my concern is that there is a substantial amount of evidence that that balance is not being struck.”
The end is near. Please, fax the Senate immediately and tell them to reject FISA, and please send this message to everyone you know and urge them to help us save our Constitution.
Sincerely,
Tony Adkins
