It never surprises me how Barack Obama surrounds himself with criminals.

We all know that Attorney General Eric Holder is as corrupt as they come. He presided over cover-up after cover-up while he was in charge of the Justice Department.

Holder is remaining in power until the Senate chooses his replacement. And for that, Barack Obama has nominated Loretta Lynch, a former U.S. Attorney in New York.

Months ago, we detailed how Loretta Lynch was at the heart of a scandal involving civil asset forfeitures. This is where government officials can seize your property without even charging you with a crime.

The Justice Department ultimately changed its policy on asset forfeitures, but now another scandal has emerged proving that Loretta Lynch is no better than Eric Holder!

While a U.S. Attorney, Lynch made a decision not to prosecute international banking giant HSBC when the company was caught money laundering.

Instead, HSBC was allowed to enter into “deferred prosecution” settlement and pay a $1.9 Billion fine. Now, that is no small sum. But compared to the crimes they committed, this is just a slap on the wrist…

Just this week, Swiss authorities conducted a raid on HSBC’s Geneva offices after being tipped off that the bank was laundering money for criminals and even Middle Eastern terrorists!

Demand that the Congress halt Loretta Lynch’s confirmation process to become Attorney General!

When Barack Obama nominated Loretta Lynch, he praised her for going after drug lords and terrorists. But the evidence shows that Lynch turned a blind eye to a major bank laundering money Mexican drug cartels and Middle East terrorists!

The only reason we know any of this is because a brave former-HSBC Vice President has stepped forward: John Cruz.

He alleges that not only did HSBC tell him to turn a blind eye to the money laundering, but threatened to fire him if he dug any deeper into it.

So, Cruz took his evidence to the Federal government. But, he was ignored. Instead of marching the perpetrators out in handcuffs, Loretta Lynch slapped the banking giant with a fine.

This is how the Left does business. They claim to hate big business, but when it comes time to prosecute actual criminals, they drop the charges.

When Cruz testified before the Senate Judiciary Committee, Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-IA) delayed Lynch’s confirmation until the last week in February.

That’s this week!

This cannot be allowed to happen! We’ve already suffered six years under a criminal Attorney General… we cannot afford another two!

Demand that Congress STOP this Attorney General from being confirmed!
