Democrats are furious. Establishment Republicans are furious. After weeks of both parties "negotiating" over Nancy Pelosi's radical "Heroes Act," President Trump sidestepped the gridlock and signed executive orders to help give the American people relief.

Trump's executive orders are simple, legal, and constitutional. First, he signed an order suspending the collection of payroll taxes to help put more money in American workers' pockets. US law (26 U.S.C. 7508A) clearly states that the Secretary of the Treasury, at the President's directive, can suspend the collection of payroll taxes in the aftermath of a Federally-declared disaster or terrorist attack. This law has been on the books since 1997. Because the Pandemic was proclaimed a Federal disaster, President Trump has the legal authority to suspend payroll tax collection. Period.

Second, President Trump suspended the collection of Federally-backed student loan payments. Under this order, Americans can continue to defer their payments, without penalty, through the end of the year. The Higher Education Act of 1965 grants the Secretary of Education to approve hardship deferments in times of economic crisis. Again, the Trump administration has complete legal and constitutional authority to do this.

Third, Trump signed an executive order directing the Departments of Treasury and Housing and Urban Development to "identify any and all available Federal funds to provide temporary financial assistance to renters and homeowners who, as a result of the financial hardships caused by Covid-19, are struggling to meet their monthly rental or mortgage obligations." Trump's order directs these Departments to make these funds available to Americans, as permitted by law.

And lastly, President Trump has redirected unused, discretionary Homeland Security Disaster Relief Funding to instead go to help unemployed Americans pay their bills. Trump's order would send an extra 400/week to unemployed Americans, but a quarter of that would have to come from the funding states received in the CARES Act. Leftists and GOPers keep saying that what Trump did was illegal and unconstitutional, but 42 U.S.C. 5174 (e)(2) clearly gives the President the power to "provide financial assistance under this section to an individual or household... to address personal property, transportation, and other necessary expenses or serious needs resulting from the major disaster."

Everything that Trump did over the weekend was legal and constitutional... but Democrats and Republicans are scheming to undo his executive orders anyway!

Don't let the Dems and GOPers overturn Trump's executive orders! Send your instant FaxBlast to Congress right now and FORCE them to stand up and defend these legal and constitutional executive actions... or else!

We reported over the weekend that Mitt Romney (R-UT) was working with Democrats to undo and roll-back Trump's executive orders. This is true. We put out a call to action and with your help, we bombarded Congress with hundreds of thousands of FaxBlasts pressuring them to put a stop to Romney's scheme.

The pressure is working. Following the conclusion of our pressure campaign, Mitt Romney released a statement that he had "taken a look at the executive orders" and while he agreed the President probably had a legal right to do it, he proclaimed that "this isn't the way things are supposed to be done."

With your help, we pressured Romney into admitting that the executive orders are legal. But, as always seems to be the case with GOPers, he is still opposing them anyway...

Another Utah Republican -- John Curtis -- was significantly less diplomatic. While he understands why the President signed these orders, Rep. Curtis concluded that Trump's attempt to "[circumvent] Congress’ constitutional mandates by issuing executive orders is irresponsible and ignores the separation of powers ingrained in our Constitution."

Senator Ben Sasse (R-NE), as we reported, called the executive orders "unconstitutional slop." As we also reported, Sens. Susan Collins (R-ME), Martha McSally (R-AZ), and Lisa Murkowski (R-AK) are also pushing a "compromise" that would give Democrats much of what they want specifically to avoid Trump's executive actions from going into effect.

Across the board, instead of standing with the President, these GOPers are standing against him. They care more about stopping Donald Trump than they care about getting relief into the hands of Americans who need it. It is disgusting.

Pelosi and Schumer want to force a vote THIS WEEK to overturn Trump's executive order. They know that it would be political suicide to file a lawsuit. No one in their right mind would sue the President to stop him from helping Americans. But Nancy and Chuck are confident that they have enough GOP turncoats on their side to overturn the orders through legislation...

Not to make sure that Americans get the help and relief they need... This is being done simply to stop the President from being able to claim victory. The Left is playing games with Americans' lives and livelihoods, and instead of stopping them, these GOP cowards are helping them!

Don't let the Dems and GOPers overturn Trump's executive orders! Send your instant FaxBlast to Congress right now and FORCE them to stand up and defend these legal and constitutional executive actions... or else!

We are in this position because Democrats have pledged to their base that they will use the coronavirus as an opportunity to restructure the country to better fit their vision. Those aren't my words. That is straight out of House Majority Whip James Clyburn's mouth. Democrats are furious because Trump is blocking them from using Covid as an excuse to push through amnesty, mail-in voting, and a whole host of other radical Leftist amendments.

Republicans are furious because they, frankly, want the same things as Democrats. Establishment Republicans have been trying to get amnesty passed for decades. GOPers like Marco Rubio are literally campaigning in support of mail-in voting. To them, they don't see any reason to go against the Left's demands.

Right now, Donald Trump is the one standing up for the Republic and right now, he is standing alone.

But the president isn't standing alone... He has YOU! And right now, President Trump needs your help!

The President needs for you to rise up and stop the Democrats and Republicans before it's too late!

Don't let the Dems and GOPers overturn Trump's executive orders! Quick, you must send your urgent FaxBlast to Congress right now and FORCE them to stand up and defend these legal and constitutional executive actions... or else!

Stop them before it's too late!
