Fellow Conservative,

By now you’ve heard, but allow me to tell you again. John Boehner is resigning from Congress. Not only is he stepping down as Speaker of the House come October 30, but he is leaving Congress all together.

Yes, this is great. But don’t celebrate too soon.

I’ve been saying for weeks that Boehner didn’t have the votes to be reelected. Now do you believe me?

But the only reason that Conservatives would have launched a coup would have been if John Boehner caved and refused to defund Planned Parenthood.

So, the only reason John Boehner would resign is if he knew that he wasn’t going to put up a fight to defund Planned Parenthood. This is fact.

Sure enough, Boehner met with his allies yesterday and announced his plan to confront and defund the abortion butcher shop. But, instead of using the budget and threat of a shutdown as leverage to force Obama to sign the defund bill, Boehner is pushing it through as a piece of standalone legislation. Without any leverage.

Yes, we have forced Boehner to resign. But we can’t give up now. Boehner’s final month in power is going to be worse than the last 5 years combined!

Don’t let Boehner do this! Demand that Congress stop him from funding Planned Parenthood before he resigns!

Boehner’s plan to "defund" Planned Parenthood is taken right out of the Left’s playbook. Remember when the Democrats pushed Obamacare through the Senate with just 51 votes? Normally, it takes 60 votes to get through the Senate but the Democrats used a parliamentary maneuver called reconciliation. When both chambers of Congress disagree on a bill, they bring it to conference. Any legislation that emerges from conference only needs a simple majority to pass in the Senate. The minority party cannot filibuster it.

So the question is, why not attach the defunding amendment to the budget bill and use the reconciliation process to push that through? Why didn’t Congress use reconciliation to push through the resolution of disapproval on the Iran deal or any of the countless other issues Boehner and McConnell have surrendered on?

If these RINOs actually wanted to stand up to Obama, they would have done just that.

Even with Boehner’s days numbered, he is still playing the same game. He wants to appear to fight without having to even lift a finger. To him and McConnell, the outcome isn’t what matters. All they care about is creating the appearance that they are fighting for Conservatism.

Listen: When Barack Obama lost the Senate last year, he became a completely lame duck President. And when that happened, I warned you that Obama would never be more dangerous because he literally had nothing to lose.

Well, now Boehner has nothing to lose. He doesn’t have to worry about re-election. He has never been more dangerous.

Just like it would have taken 30 Congressmen to kick him out of power, that same number can block whatever nonsense “compromise” Boehner comes up with.

That is where you have to come in. Without you raising your voice right now, John Boehner’s horrible compromise plan will go through without a hitch. And when Obama vetoes the bill, Boehner and McConnell will say, “well, we tried.” Just horrible.

Trying NOT good enough,
