The public outrage is obvious! Americans are totally fed up with the IRS looking over our shoulder. No, not just because we pay taxes, but because the IRS is spearheading an attack (or audit) on those who have Conservative thoughts!
It is quite obvious that many lawmakers have heard the outrage from their constituents! We cannot even number all the proposed pieces of legislation that have cropped up in the past three days by various Congressmen. Like you, our Congress is upset!
Of the over one dozen pieces of legislation that has been birthed from this IRS scandal (They have only touched the surface; so far!), we need to make sure that SOMEONE IS FOUND CRIMINALLY NEGLIGENT on snooping on Conservatives and others!
As House Speaker John Boehner says: “My question isn’t about who is going to resign. My question is who is going to jail?!”
Please make sure that Congress investigates FULLY why the Internal Revenue Service targeted Conservative groups!!
Who is to blame? President Barack Obama!
On May 13, President Obama said that he just found out about it through the news media! WHAT??!! No way! And news reporters, both Conservative and Liberal, have attested that the “Commander-in-Chief” knew all about the IRS targeting long before then! Yes, another LIE from the President!
It appears that Lois Lerner was in charge of this IRS debacle. Yet, she pleaded the fifth before Congress, although she claimed no “wrong-doing.” U.S. Rep. Trey Gowdy (R-SC) demanded: “She just testified. She just waived her Fifth Amendment right to privilege. You don’t get to tell your side of the story and then not be subjected to cross examination. That’s not the way it works. She waived her Fifth Amendment privilege by issuing an open statement. She ought to stand here and answer our questions!”
Friends, she has been a liberal activist since 1986!! Although other heads must ROLL, Lois Lerner is the one at fault, as well as her boss, Barack Obama, who knew about this targeting all along! We believe that President Obama set the agenda for the IRS Exempt Organization Division to discriminate against those Conservatives who applied for a 501(c)4 tax exempt status—and had to wait for three years while other liberal organizations received their tax-exempt status.
Under Lerner’s oversight, the IRS Exempt Organizations Division did not approve ANY 501(c)4 CONSERVATIVE organization for 27 (YES, 27!) months! Yet, several liberal organizations were approved. She needs to be fired!
Lois Lerner has very personal close ties with both President Obama and President Bill Clinton! Lois Lerner’s husband is tax attorney Michael R. Miles, a partner in the Atlanta law firm Sutherland Asbil & Brennan. In February 24, 1993 President Bill Clinton picked Margaret Richardson, a partner in that law firm, as the Commissioner of the IRS.
Here is the clincher: In 2007-2008, President Obama received $107,574 in campaign donations from Sutherland law firm!!
U.S. Representative Vern Buchanan (R-FL) said: “More heads need to roll!” Even liberal Congressman Stephen Lynch (D-MA) stated: “There will be hell to pay!”
Will you help to send a crystal-clear message to Congress that the American people want transparency and accountability from Washington!
Calling for a special prosecutor, U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham (R-SC) charged: This did not accidentally happen. I think it comes from the top!”
Urge our Congress to get to the very bottom of this outrage!
Democratic senatorial candidate, U.S. Rep. Edward J. Markey (D-MA) stated: “Congress is engaged in a top-to-bottom review to make sure those who engaged in this outrageous activity at the IRS are found and fired. More firings may be necessary and additional action should be driven by the findings of this congressional review…”.

Those who “toy” with the United States Constitution really need to come clean. Some need to be fired. Some may even need to go to jail.
At least five different IRS offices illegally targeted conservative nonprofit groups between 2010 and 2012: Cincinnati, Ohio; Baltimore, Maryland; Chicago, Illinois; Laguna Niguel and El Monte, California. The administration has already tried to blame these “low-level” IRS organizations, but the real truth is that the orders came from the top---the very top!
Illegal targeting of conservatives goes against the U.S. Constitution and is ILLEGAL!
Don’t let Congress give anyone a “free pass.” Accountability is mandatory!
