It’s looking like the Republicans are going to take the House of Representatives, the lower yet most representative chamber of Congress. The media has already called this, but the White House is smug and hedging on the battle turning out victorious for Democrats. 

As electronic counting – people running ballots through tabulating machines – inexplicably continues for the third day in Arizona, Nevada, and Alaska, I keep hearing White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre in my head, “This is how it’s supposed to work.” 

These are modern elections (since 2020).

In my head, I hear the KJP from a few days ago, because today’s KJP sounds sick. She’s slower and her voice is gravely. Get some rest, girl! And make sure you’re up to date on your boosters, Karine. Remember, the most important thing you can do for America is to get vaccinated!

Let’s assume that they don’t drag this out for days only to give Democrats both chambers. Let’s assume that Republicans take the gavel and vote in a Speaker. Let’s assume House Republicans have a chance to govern.

This is a moment where Republicans can rebuild Public Trust. 

New House Priority One: Impeach and Remove Joe Biden and Purge His Entire Administration and Its Underlying Bureaucracy 

Biden cannot be allowed to continue his reckless agenda. He must be immediately impeached and removed from office. 

We don’t need to investigate, as We the People have already done the investigations. The time for the government investigating itself at taxpayer expense is over. The new House must act on the investigations that have already taken place.

According to the New York Times, 68% of Americans are most concerned about government corruption. Thankfully, we have documented, irrefutable evidence of government corruption that can be immediately brought into impeachment proceedings. 

Americas Frontline Doctors and and others have meticulously documented the covid crimes since that racket began, and Dr. Naomi Wolf and Daily Clout have documented the vaccine genocide – including the fact that the vaccine dangers were well-known by Pfizer according to their own data. The data they tried to suppress for 75 years. 

Thanks to Marco Polo, the Hunter Biden Laptop is a catalog of the Biden Crime Family’s business crimes, sex crimes, influence-peddling and more. Marco Polo USA has meticulously documented these crimes, with pictures and diagrams, so that even a member of Congress can follow the evidence and come to the obvious conclusion that Joe Biden is a criminal that must be immediately impeached and removed. 

This racket is ongoing. As the White House loves to say, “Nothing without Ukraine.” National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan said this during White House press briefing today.

This one is specific to Ukraine:

Ukraine is a major money laundering operation for the Biden Crime Family (and their network) according to evidence catalogued on the Biden Laptop. 

Congressional Republicans can wordsmith, but because of the research and investigative work of the American people, the substance to comprise these Articles of Impeachment are relatively copy and paste from the professional, citizen-generated reports already in the public sphere. 

We the People do not need to fund any additional investigations on these two matters. It’s time for action. 
 

Second Priority for the New House: Prosecute the Networks and Hold Criminals Accountable

Once we rid the American People of the Biden Crime Family (and their network), we prosecute the crimes of the corporations and corrupt government officials that perpetuated the past two years' crimes against the People.

We treat this as a RICO case… because it is a RICO case. 

Section 101-109 of the Criminal Resource Manual (summarized below) explains the law. 

“It is unlawful for anyone employed by or associated with any enterprise engaged in, or the activities of which affect, interstate or foreign commerce, to conduct or participate, directly or indirectly, in the conduct of such enterprise's affairs through a pattern of racketeering activity or collection of unlawful debt.

In other words…

It is unlawful for anyone employed by or associated with any enterprise
covid-19 vaccination development, production, approvals, marketing, distribution, compliance, etc.
engaged in, or the activities of which affect, interstate or foreign commerce, to conduct or participate, directly or indirectly, in the conduct of such enterprise's affairs
covid-19 vaccination programs
through a pattern of racketeering activity
criminal coercion and government mandates based on “the racket,” more commonly known as “the science."

In other words…
 

It is unlawful for anyone employed by or associated with any enterprise
the Biden Crime Family
engaged in, or the activities of which affect, interstate or foreign commerce, to conduct or participate, directly or indirectly, in the conduct of such enterprise's affairs
business crimes and influence peddling

Biden Crime Family associates holding and taking compensation for positions in foreign companies, and by extension foreign governments, and using those positions and interests to influence US government policy through Joe Biden’s office (or “the racket”)

The Time for Investigations is Over

When President Trump was elected, the establishment fabricated crimes and engaged in FOUR YEARS of investigations and multiple impeachments – at OUR expense. 

We don’t need that. We simply need the newly elected Congress to impeach and remove Biden so we can prosecute the already investigated and meticulously documented crimes. The House has the power to impeach. Nancy Pelosi set the example for how much power the House has – even without a friendly Senate. 

If the Republicans do, in fact, take the House of Representatives, their number one priority should be rebuilding Public Trust. 

Public trust requires accountability. Until the Biden Crime Family and their associates in government are held accountable, public trust will continue to erode. 

It’s time for action.
