The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) just introduced a new regulation that will literally set the stage for a future gun registry!
World History teaches us that every time a country has forced gun owners to register with the Federal government, that registry was eventually used to confiscate their guns. We have seen it in Germany, the USSR, the UK, Australia, New Zealand, and Canada. Registration always leads to confiscation.
This new ATF regulation is designed to bring us there!
Right now, licensed gun dealers (FFLs) are legally required to hold on to firearm sale documents for 20 years. This is to ensure that there is a paper trail for federal agents to probe if a gun ends up being used in a crime. Once that 20-year window closes, the gun dealers are allowed to destroy the records, and most do.
The ATF is now changing the regulation to force gun sellers to keep the paperwork indefinitely...
And we know why the ATF is requiring this. In Fiscal Year 2021 alone, the ATF seized 54.7 MILLION firearm records.
The Biden administration is literally building a database of American guns and gun owners. Again, the only reason to create a registry is to use it to take away people's guns!
52 Republican Congressmen are now fighting back and demanding that the Biden ATF stop seizing firearm records to create his gun registry. They are trying to force a vote on a bill to stop it, but they need YOUR help to force a vote and stop it!
This is happening right now. The Biden administration is literally creating a gun registry with the sole purpose of using it to confiscate Americans' guns.
This is what the Left has always wanted: a pathway to gun confiscations. And Joe Biden is trying to give it to them!
You CANNOT let the ATF create a gun registry!
