Congressman Mo Brooks (R-AL) is promising to formally challenge tomorrow's Electoral College vote, but he needs your help to stop Joe Biden from being declared the winner!

I said this yesterday, and I am going to say it again: if you are waiting for some Judge or Justice to swoop in at the 11th hour and block the Electoral College from declaring Joe Biden the winner tomorrow, it's not going to happen.

So-called "conservative" judges are terrified of the abuse they will get if they stick their neck out and rule that there was fraud. Leftist judges are doing everything in their power to cement the steal and ensure that Biden is coronated.

Take Wisconsin State Supreme Court Justice Jill Karofsky as an example. Yesterday, while the Wisconsin Supreme Court was hearing the Trump campaign's lawsuit, Karofsky went off on a tangent. Without evidence, she proclaimed that the Trump campaign's lawsuit "smacks of racism." She continued,

"What you want is you want us to overturn this election so your king can stay in power, and that is so un-American. But for you to say that anyone in Wisconsin engaged in fraud... but for you to perpetuate that fallacy on the people of Wisconsin and the people of the United States of America in what has been called the most significant election in our lifetime is nothing short of shameful."

Those are not the words of a calm and collected judge. Those are the words of a Leftist activist who somehow managed to infiltrate Wisconsin's highest court...

No, we can not trust that the courts will save us. If you want to stop the steal, you need to take action yourself!

When the Electoral College votes tomorrow to name Joe Biden as the 46th President of the United States, the countdown clock will start ticking. That is because in order for Joe Biden's election to truly be finalized, Congress needs to review the Electoral College vote and certify that it is legitimate.

Most years, this is just a rubber stamp. But Title 3 Section 15 of the United States Code gives Congress the power to challenge the legitimacy of Electoral College votes. Any state's Electoral College vote can be challenged as long as at least one Congressman and one Senator both sign onto it.

This has happened two times in our history. In 1969, Rep. James O'Hara (MI) and Senator Edmund Muskie (ME) challenged the vote of a faithless elector from North Carolina who was pledged to vote for Richard Nixon but instead defected and voted for George Wallace. In 2005, Rep. Stephanie Tubbs Jones (OH) and Sen. Barbara Boxer (CA) challenged Ohio's entire electoral college vote due to irregularities at polling places in Democrat-controlled areas.

Both challenges ultimately failed, but they forced the House and the Senate to halt the certification process and hold two hours of public debate over the objections.

Right now, Congressman Mo Brooks (R-AL) (shown above) plans to file a formal challenge against all of the disputed states. If he files individual challenges to the Electoral College delegations from Arizona, Nevada, Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Georgia, Brooks will be able to force both the House and the Senate to spend at least twelve hours publicly debating the allegations of fraud and still-unexplained irregularities that gave Biden the win* in these states.

The problem? He needs a Senate Co-Sponsor. Without one, his objection will be denied.

So far, no Senate Republican has agreed to sign on. Ted Cruz, Rand Paul, Tom Cotton have all publicly spoken out about the obvious fraud in the election. But none of them have committed to actually co-sponsoring Brooks' formal Electoral College challenge...

That is where you come in... Congressman Mo Brooks is doing everything he can to stop these fraudulent Biden Electoral College votes from being certified, but he can't do it alone. He needs more Congressmen and Senators to co-sponsor his challenge and then vote to throw out the disputed results.

No President can be sworn in without Congress first certifying the Electoral College results.

We know that there was enough fraud in these states to change the results. Joe Biden's win* is not legitimate. We also know that these states conducted elections in clear violation of the United States Constitution and their own state laws. The results should be thrown out.

But the GOP will not do the right thing on their own. You need to hold their feet to the fire and force them to fight back and STOP the fraud from being certified!
