The Maricopa County Audit is now just days away from being finished. More and more states are sending delegations to Arizona to learn how they are conducting their audit so that these other states can run audits of their own.
The Elections Clause of the Constitution dictates that states have the authority to govern their own election. It only stands to reason that if a state has the authority to run its own elections then they also have the power to recount their election results.
Which is why the latest news from the Biden administration is so terrifying. Attorney General Merrick Garland announced that he will begin targeting states that choose to audit their election results.
"We are scrutinizing new laws that seek to curb voter access, and where we see violations of federal law, we will not hesitate to act," Garland said in a speech yesterday. "We are also scrutinizing current laws and practices, in order to determine whether they discriminate against Black voters and other voters of color."
He continued by criticizing states that, "based on disinformation, have utilized abnormal post-election audit methodologies that may put the integrity of the voting process at risk and undermine public confidence in our democracy."
Merrick Garland is going after all of the states that are approving election audits. Why? The Democrats are terrified of what will come out of them!
It's not just Arizona that is auditing the results. An audit will begin in Fulton County, Georgia in the coming weeks. Wisconsin is also preparing an audit of their own and at least a dozen other states are preparing to follow Arizona's lead.
This terrifies the Left. They know that their power has been built on a foundation of voter fraud. Whether it be electronic manipulation or old-fashioned fraudulent voting, the Democrats have been cheating for a long, long time.
There is only one reason to be scared of the audit results, and that is that the Democrats know there was significant cheating. If Joe Biden truly won more votes than any other Presidential candidate in US history, the Democrats would welcome the audits as a chance to prove it.
Instead, they are doing everything they can to shut the audits down and scare other states into abandoning their plans to audit the votes.
The Department of Justice has no right to intervene in a state's audit of their own election results. Doing so would be flagrantly unconstitutional.
Well, surprising no one, the Biden administration plans to violate the Constitution to protect the narrative that Joe Biden won the election...
One Arizona legislator is warning that if Merrick Garland tries to intervene in their audit, any FBI or DOJ officials who step foot into the audit facilities will be arrested. We are on the verge of a full-fledged Constitutional crisis and Joe Biden is trying to drag us there.
It is amazing that the Leftists who claim the 2020 election was the most secure election ever all seem to be complaining the loudest about the Arizona audit (and doing everything they can to shut it down). We are already hearing from Arizona GOP sources that they have started finding the fraud that they were looking for. We will have to wait for the audit to finish to receive the full report, but the Arizona Republican Party is very happy with how the audit is going so far.
That explains why Democrats are trying so hard to shut it down!
The Biden DOJ just took the first step towards shutting down the audit. They are so terrified of what the Audit will find, they are scrambling to shut it down for bogus "civil rights" violations.
They MUST be stopped!
