I am writing today to make you aware of deeply disturbing reporting about our elections.
This morning, during a CPAC breakout session, cyber and forensic technical experts Jeff Buongiorno and Josh Merritt presented a stunning summary of their forensic analysis of multiple images from multiple counties across multiple states.
The focus of this analysis is not election machines or election vendors. It’s the servers – the technical Infrastructure that exists in every local facet of our government. Their analysis reveals:

3,700 pages of vulnerabilities, each of which dates back to 2004

A Chinese Footprint with .cn server locations (just like with Konnech)

French Malware embedded into the code of Dominion EMS 5.12 or hidden in the Dynamic Link Library (DLL)

Deleted log files pertaining to external connections by external users over the internet and opened ports on the Election Production Server – Note that the Dominion CEO testified that this was not possible

Anti-Forensics was enabled to make forensic investigations more difficult

System is riddled with PowerShell (PS) scripts – this can only be for nefarious purposes

Embedded in the system is a Chinese app (QQ.EXE) known for online chatting and VOIP calls; this is malware leveraged by the CCP for data and intelligence

QQ.EXE appears to be the conduit to Network Areas Storage (NAS) located in China
And that was just in the first 20 mins. The second part of the presentation focused on Iranian state sponsored actors inside our elections in a coordinated way.
This isn’t about election vendors, it’s about our technology infrastructure. Our technology infrastructure is not just vulnerable – it’s infiltrated. And this isn’t new information for the federal government.
On January 6th, 2021, the assessment about foreign influence in our elections, as required by President Trump’s EO 13848, was reported through the chain of command. All of the Intelligence Community all agreed that there was no foreign access in our elections - all except the Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe. Ratcliff released a memo on January 7, 2021 regarding his “Views on Intelligence Community Election Security Analysis.”
“I do not believe the majority view expressed by Intelligence Community (IC) analysts fully and accurately reflects the scope of the Chinese Government’s efforts to influence the 2020 US Federal elections.”
Ratcliff was ignored and his findings were suppressed. The analysis just released at CPAC supports the DNI’s assessment and raises massive questions about the assertions of the IC. That is, the IC appears to have covered up foreign malign influence and interference in the 2020 Presidential election.
You are my legislator, my representation in self government. You are face of the trust I place in government to protect my natural rights from enemies foreign and domestic.
This is conclusive proof that our enemies are both foreign – China, Iran, France state actors – and domestic – the intelligence community that knew and covered it up.
