It is not every day that we are able to catch the CEOs of the two leading social media companies lying under oath. But that is precisely what happened this week.

This is why we have been pressuring Congress to subpoena the heads of Twitter and Facebook. When faced with targeted questioning, they will either be forced to admit to their crimes or commit perjury in an attempt to cover it up.

And that is what happened. Both Mark Zuckerberg and Jack Dorsey perjured themselves while testifying under oath!

Lock them up! Send your instant FaxBlast to Congress and DEMAND that they refer the Twitter and Facebook CEO's to the US Attorney's Office for immediate perjury prosecution!

Let's start with Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey. He was asked point-blank whether Twitter has ever censored the President.

"We have not censored the U.S. president,” Dorsey swore. “We do not take down the tweets but we add context around it.”

That is simply not true. Twitter has removed a number of videos that Trump has posted, they have removed posts about the Coronavirus, and have hidden posts about voter fraud and mail-in voting.

But Dorsey wasn't finished. The Twitter CEO swore under oath that the company does not have the ability to influence American elections. Yes, you read that correctly. The man who runs Twitter testified that no matter what Twitter does, it does not have the ability to impact the election.

That is a lie. After the 2016 election, Twitter released an analysis of what the company believes it did wrong and an outline of steps it planned to take to reduce the spread of "disinformation" and "enhancing information quality." This was announced specifically to influence how the next election would be handled.

Dorsey then testified that the NY Post link, which was originally blocked from being shared on Twitter, was now free to be posted. That was a lie. Ted Cruz attempted to share the article in question and was blocked by Twitter yet again.

"What Jack [Dorsey] told the Senate, under oath, is false. I just tried to tweet the NYPost story alleging Biden’s CCP corruption. Still blocked. 18 USC 1621 makes it a felony to lie under oath to the Senate."

Ted Cruz is absolutely right. Jack Dorsey just committed no-less than 3 counts of perjury, and he did it on Live television. Mark Zuckerberg didn't do much better...

As we have reported, one of the top executives at Facebook behind the decision to censor the Hunter Biden story was a woman named Anna Makanju. She is currently the Public Policy Executive at Facebook in charge of "election integrity on the platform."

One look at her resume shows why she was so eager to cover up the story about Joe and Hunter Biden's actions in Ukraine. Before, joining Facebook, Majanju was the "Special Policy Adviser for Europe and Eurasia to former US Vice President Joe Biden." The government official who advised Biden on Ukraine matters just intervened to prevent the American people from learning about the crimes her former boss committed in that country...

Zuckerberg, however, declared he was "not aware" of Makanju's job history. "I am not aware of the example of you say of someone in charge of this process who worked for Biden in the past," Zuckerberg said to Senator John Thune (R-SD), "so we can follow up on that."

In order for Zuckerberg's statement to be true, you would have to believe that the CEO -- someone who said he played a vital role in building out Facebook's election integrity team -- hired an executive without ever looking at her job history. One subpoena of Zuckerberg's emails - so see whether he was ever sent her resume - would clear this up, but it seems pretty obvious that this was a lie.

The heads of the two largest social media companies just perjured themselves. Congress has the legal power to issue criminal referrals to the US Attorney. The GOP is saying that is "premature." It is up to YOU to force them to take action!

Lock them up! Send your instant FaxBlast to Congress and DEMAND that they refer the Twitter and Facebook CEO's to the US Attorney's Office for immediate perjury prosecution!

Ted Cruz has cited the statute. 18 USC 1621 states that it is a felony, punishable by up to five years in prison per occurrence, for anyone to give knowingly false testimony under oath before the United States Congress.

Jack Dorsey and Mark Zuckerberg did just that. Perhaps they think they are untouchable because they are billionaires and run two of the biggest tech companies in the world.

Never forget that Donald Trump's advisors were charged with lying to federal investigators for trivial comments. Even though the FBI agents who interviewed Michael Flynn said they didn't think he was lying, Robert Mueller charged him with lying to investigators anyway about the contents of a single phone call. George Papadopoulos was charged with lying to investigators after he was asked if he had any conversations with individuals with Russian accents. Papadopoulos said "no," but the FBI determined that was a lie because they interpreted that someone who Papadopoulos talked to 'sounded Russian.'

Those pale in comparison to what Dorsey and Zuckerberg just lied about under oath.

As I said, Congress has the constitutional and legal authority to refer these two men for prosecution. Congress' criminal referral power allows them to bypass the DOJ leadership and deliver the referrals directly to the US Attorney for the District of Columbia.

But right now, GOPers don't want to touch it. They fought tooth and nail to stop Dorsey and Zuckerberg from being forced to testify. Now that they caught them lying, they are scrambling to protect these two "Masters of the Universe" from being prosecuted.

They were caught trying to put their fingers on the scale to affect the election, and they were caught lying about it. If this was you or me, we'd already be in handcuffs...

It is up to you to force Congress to hold these people responsible!

Lock them up! Quick, you must send your instant FaxBlast to Congress right now and DEMAND that they refer the Twitter and Facebook CEO's to the US Attorney's Office for immediate perjury prosecution!

Sincerely,

Joe Otto
