It wasn't all that long ago that Canada was basically our 51st state. But in just the past couple years, Canada has dived head first into the social justice movement and we're starting to see just how warped and twisted the country's idea of "justice" is...

Jessica Yaniv is a trans-woman. What that means is that he is a biological man who thinks he is a woman. But he isn't. He is still a biological male.

Yaniv has reportedly spent the better part of last year going around to salons and feigning outrage when the salon staff refused to give him a bikini wax. There are apparently a dozen cases alleging that salons violated his human rights by refusing to wax his genitals.

Business owner Marcia Da Silva is now standing accused of discriminating on the basis of Yaniv's gender identity for refusing to shave his male groin.

Jay Cameron, Da Silva’s lawyer and litigation manager with the Alberta-based Justice Centre for Constitutional Freedoms, told the hearing that a ruling against his client would be tantamount to ordering “intimate services” against someone’s will.


This case is so backwards, but remember that this man is accused of filing more than a dozen discrimination suits against salons. He is actively trying to force salons to adopt his own fantasy. He went to more than a dozen salons and asked for a bikini wax and they all turned him away because they didn't want to deal with male genitalia.

A normal person would take a step back, see that they are batting 0-for-12, and accept that they're probably not being reasonable in their requests. But now Jessica Yaniv. He refuses to see why female salon workers who service female clients would suddenly have a problem with waxing a man...
