The Democrats are still trying to silence you! Obama's IRS and Treasury Department are actively working together to try to change the rules to make it even harder for conservatives like us to organize and enact political change. As the November elections draw closer, vulnerable Democrat candidates have even begun asking the IRS to double down on its efforts to silence conservative groups (aka the Democrats’ opponents)!
When the IRS was caught targeting conservatives, the Obama administration promised that it would never happen again. Those were nothing but empty promises.
We were told that the IRS was going to change its rules for non-profit groups in response to the targeting scandal, but that turned out to be a lie as well. Emails released by the House Ways and Means Committee reveal that Lois Lerner had been collaborating with Treasury Department officials to secretly change the rules for targeting conservative groups long before the scandal was ever publicized. This was going to be done “off plan,” meaning that the changes would never be published on the public schedule!
The Obama administration was planning this while the IRS targeting scandal was going on! They were going to strip away the rights of conservative groups without even opening the floor for debate!
Force Congress to STOP vulnerable Democrats from using the IRS to silence their political opponents!
For months, conservatives have claimed that the Democrats sought to use the IRS to target opposition groups in order to limit their effectiveness during an election season. The whole time, the mainstream media and the White House slapped down these claims by calling them ridiculous.
Well, just this week, vulnerable Democrats up for reelection in November began reaching out to the IRS and asking that new rules against political 501(c)4 organizations be put on the fast-track. The only hope for embattled Senate Democrats is that the IRS will come to their aid and prevent the opposition from spending money on advertisements.
You heard that correctly… vulnerable Congressional Democrats are actually asking that the IRS target their opposition! The Democrats know that the only way they can win is if conservative groups are silenced!
Senators Mark Begich (D-AK), Mark Pryor (D-AR), Jeanne Shaheen (D-NH), and Mary Landrieu (D-LA) are just some of the most vulnerable Democrats who are calling for the IRS to stop conservative groups from launching attack ads against them. Sen. Shaheen argues that taxpayers “should not be providing a write-off to groups to do political activity, and that’s exactly what we’re doing.”
Rep Bill Pascrell (D-NJ) takes it one step further. “It’s about disclosure,” Pascrell says, “nowhere in the Bill of Rights does it say you have the right to say anything you want – and also not pay any taxes.”
Let that sink in for a moment. The Democrats are actually proposing taxing us for using our Constitutionally-protected right to free speech. If Rep. Pascrell’s name sounds familiar to you, it is important to note that he is also a cosponsor of H.R. 3018, a bill that would add a 20% tax on firearms and a 50% tax on ammunition. You see, the Democrats are all about taxing your constitutional rights.
This idea that your constitutional rights can be taxed is ludicrous. These are our God-given rights and no one can interfere with our right to free speech! Yet, this is how corrupted government has become. Those in office are so desperate to hold onto their power that they are attempting to tax anyone who opposes them. This must be stopped!

What kind of America do you want to live in?
Do you want to live in a country where individuals and organizations are free to educate the citizenry on constitutional and political issues? Or should government be allowed to punish organizations’ political education programs and, as a result, perpetuate voter ignorance?
Regardless of what the Democrats say, these conservative organizations aren’t buying elections. They are educating the voters about how dangerous Democrat policies really are. Democrats are terrified that conservative organizations will be able reach voters with the truth!
We can win the Senate this November. It is absolutely possible.
But it will be extremely difficult if conservative organizations are prohibited from educating the voters about how dangerous the Democrat incumbents’ policies are. That is what is at stake.
Vulnerable Senate Democrats have once again asked the IRS to stop conservative groups from educating voters and affecting the 2014 election. When we started Conservative Daily, we had the option to become a non-profit organization. If we had done that, the Government would have been able to restrict what we were allowed to tell you. We didn’t think that was worth it. Supporting the conservative movement is more valuable than any tax break the government could possibly give us.
Yet, there are many conservative non-profit organizations that are able to further the conservative movement on a massive scale. This is only made possible by the tax breaks they receive. The IRS is now going after these organizations at the request of vulnerable Senate Democrats who are trying to steal the election! This must be stopped!
