Our President has created a “culture of intimidation” across the all the government agencies of the executive branch. Obama’s many speeches suggest targeting enemies. His officials’ haul Tea Party organizations over the coals, calling them economic terrorists, extortionists, kidnappers, crazy birds and worse.
Reid calls Republicans “anarchists.”
Jay Carney on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” said, “What we see happening with this Republican strategy is a willingness to threaten the very foundation of the world’s greatest economic power, the economy that basically stabilizes the entire world economic system, and that is a very risky proposition.”
President Obama treats his political opponents, or any citizens that dare disagree with him, with total disrespect and shame.
Think back to all the times this President has threatened people …
Obama threatened CEOs of banks, “My administration is the only thing between you and the pitchforks.”
We’ve seen results of the White House's regular get-togethers with non-profit attack dog, Media Matters. It is being reported that The DOJ uses this group to disseminate its talking points!
Obama insinuates that his enemies want their guns at any and all costs, even at the expense of the little children.
The Obama campaign and the IRS singled out Mitt Romney and his donors for special contempt, suggesting that they were lawbreakers. Harry Reid comes out during the election telling Congress and the American people that he’s seen Romney’s taxes and insinuating he was doing illegal dealings! Did Reid GET information from the IRS? Scary thought.
And then we have another report from the DOJ Inspector General, showing that former US Attorney for Arizona, Dennis Burke leaked documents intended to smear a whistleblower in Fast and Furious.
Obama is going after any press that doesn’t fall into line with the talking points! This is only the latest disclosure of gross misconduct from the President. His DOJ has been caught targeting Fox News reporter James Rosen, the Associated Press, Gallup, and True the Vote, an organization dedicated to stopping voter fraud.
Yet, the DOJ refused to prosecute the New Black Panther voter intimidation case.
Have you heard enough?
The IRS’ intimidation against conservative groups is shameful. And it isn’t going to stop until the administration gets our message – ENOUGH! They need to be reminded that they work for us under The Constitution.
Shall I go on with the accounts and examples of intimidation?
Apparently, the IRS leaked donor information from the National Organization for Marriage to Human Rights Campaign, which was then-headed by a co-chair from the Obama re-election campaign.
It’s also reported the IRS gave liberal group ProPublica confidential documents from conservative tax-exempt groups. On and on … Jewish and pro-Israel groups are receiving intensified IRS inspections. So are Catholic groups.
What IS NEXT? Who will be targeted next?
Kathleen Sebelius and the Department of Health and Human Services are now teaming up with INTERNAL REVENE SERVICE for Obamacare enforcement. This can’t be good.
Just consider that in January 2012, Sebelius revealed Obamacare would MANDATE religious employers to provide health insurance INCLUNDING contraception to their employees.
While Catholic organizations continue to fight this injustice against their beliefs, the Obama administration went forward with allowances for Big Pharma in return for the industry’s support for Obamacare.
In another backroom deal for BIG BUSINESS, drug companies financed millions of dollars of advertising for Obamacare in exchange for a cap on liability at $80 billion over ten years.
Sebelius even had the nerve to lobby donations from non-profit groups she regulates through the Department of Health and Human Services.
All U.S. Senators and all U.S. Representatives must understand their constitutional OBLIGATION to save our rights!
Make it known you do not want the IRS involved in your personal healthcare and private life.
The IRS “Obamacare Enforcer” has a name, Sarah Hall Ingram. She is already in the middle of the IRS scandals and is accused of having advised White House executive staff on legal challenges from groups claiming the HHS contraception mandate violated their religious freedom.
Emails released reveal, all the redactions indicated they contained confidential taxpayer information. THIS IS ILLEGAL. This is Unconstitutional.
Now, Mr. and Ms. Taxpayer, you are just supposed to believe the IRS won’t continue to intimidate and use our information against us? NO WAY! This isn’t going to work for me and I bet you agree it won’t work for you.
Let’s continue and look back at Ms. Ingram prior to heading the IRS office in charge of implementing Obamacare … oh yes … She was the head of the very office responsible for overseeing tax-exempt nonprofit groups, the very same group that has been accused of targeting conservative, pro-life, and Tea Party groups!
The Washington Free Beacon said that emails released by the Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, reveal that Ingram and others at the IRS violated the agency’s role as an impartial administrator of the tax code by counseling the White House about an issue that is both political and controversial.
Where are the MEDIA Watch Dogs?!
The main-stream media will never report on the existing 73 cases with over 200 plaintiffs representative of churches, hospitals, universities, businesses, schools and individuals, who have filed lawsuits against Health and Human Services bases on the claim that the contraception mandate is unconstitutional and infringes on religious liberty!
Names and text in the emails are redacted with notations citing section 6103 of the IRS Code that prohibits the release of tax return information by IRS agents.
Enforcer Ingram recently told the oversight committee, she could not recall what was underneath the redactions, and added that she was simply advising the White House on the current IRS rules.
Standing up for American Taxpayers, Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) pounded Ingram on her sharing of American taxpayers’ personal information:
Jordan: In that correspondence that resulted in most of those cases being dismissed, you shared personal taxpayer information with the White House. And now under the Affordable Care Act, Americans have to give personal information to the IRS—to the same organization that potentially shared all kinds of information with the White House political people. That’s what people are nervous about. That’s what scares a lot of people.
Ingram: I cannot answer what is under those blocks, so I can’t answer whether that information originated with the White House.
Jordan: So it was OK for political White House to get the unredacted version from the same entity that targeted groups who came into existence because they opposed the Affordable Care Act, but Congress can’t get it? That’s unbelievable.”
Yes! It is unbelievable!
Voice Your Opinion. Tell them you are a responsible, law-abiding taxpayer and you want your guaranteed freedoms expressly given in The United States Constitution!
The executive director of Cause of Action, a nonprofit government accountability organization is suing the IRS over similar documents, relaying “If in fact the White House received confidential taxpayer information, then we have a White House that is complicit in the biggest violation of the law since Nixon.”
This administration and OUR president are concealing information from a congressional inquiry and the truth is being hidden to protect Obamacare and the IRS ENFORCER, and more importantly, the Obamacare mess!
Are you kidding me, the IRS is going to be the Enforcer and Intimidator for healthcare? Give me a break!
It seems this President will do whatever it takes to get his way, including back room deals and shady processes, mostly done by executive order or by going around Congress and issuing regulations. He grabs power and then intimidates and basically “flips off” any opposition, calling them racists and haters.
How in the world does not wanting thirteen thousand pages of socialized healthcare reform make us radical and terroristic, racist and hateful?
The paperwork for Obamacare stands seven feet tall and will demand more and more taxes and government control over private decisions and information.
Healthcare isn’t the real problem. That was a take-over, plain and simple. That is why it is more and more apparent the real problems are the entitlement programs.
Why is it that President Obama wants to reform everything, everything - except ENTITLEMENTS!
Our rights died a great deal more when the IRS was given enforcement authority. Think about it; all the IRS intimidation hasn’t led to one single person losing their job. In fact, they got nice taxpayer paid vacations and in some cases, promotions!
Ingram and her agency, in fact the entire federal government, will have an exemption from Obamacare - the very program they’re going to inflict on you and me!
Scandals flood out of this White House proving the abuses of government power, everything from militarized police to lying to YOU and to ME. The amount of infringements on our Rights across this political power structure is astounding and very, very scary.
Obama thumbed his nose appointing Ms. Ingram, a career bureaucrat responsible for the very office that inappropriately audited Conservative Groups. Her deputy, Fred Schindler, an IRS LAWYER accepted gifts! At least he’s finally been placed on administrative leave.
The underlying problem with Obamacare—and a big federal government in general—is that bureaucrats want to control your behavior and are increasing their power over your life!
And - they exempt themselves from their mistakes and bad decisions!
Obamacare is already four times over budget and still not working! HHS spent over $400 MILLION on 10 year old technology that doesn’t even work. The motive to force this down our throats can only mean Obama is hell-bent on getting control the healthcare industry!
HHS failed. They knew that the system wasn’t ready and hadn’t been tested properly for a launch.
This law and all the IRS scandals prove the federal government can’t implement ANY enforcement apolitically! Even MSNBC is talking about the “secrecy” and “lies” behind the disastrous Obamacare online exchanges, saying the rollout has been “almost criminal.”
This is absolutely unacceptable! The secrecy is unacceptable. The exemptions for everyone, except the American people, are unacceptable! Attempts to explain away the website as not a big deal have been unacceptable.
History teaches us that when governments are in crisis they withhold information from the People. Governments in crisis spin and lay out talking points. Governments in crisis isolate and demonize their opponents.
Governments in crisis do not tell the truth! We are not being told the truth.
Even The Huffington Post’s, Sam Stein, agreed that the exchange failures are unacceptable, adding that someone is going to be held responsible. Stein went on to say, “No one beta-tested the site, which is almost criminal, when you think about it. The president was caught off-guard, which is really unfortunate and also really kind of messed up.”
Finally! IT professionals are starting to come out and speak up about the failure of the Obamacare website and product launch. They describe a situation where the political imperatives undermined everything else.
The implementation of Obamacare is the perfect protest for why government CANNOT and MUST NOT be trusted with our healthcare.
According to the New York Times, President Obama had to have known in March that the system was a failure. They reported, the subcontractors building it warned the White House over and over that it was a “train wreck” but politics undermined testing.
Obama gets the “partisan pass” as the “Idol President” by the compliant Liberal media.
Thanks to the media, political advantage - Democrats.
A superb analysis from Megan Mcardle, a Libertarian-leaning analysts and blogger, states that the administration knew that delay would prove Republicans as right and allow time for a citizen revolt.
The New York Times said, "Former government officials say the White House, which was calling the shots, feared that any backtracking would further embolden Republican critics who were trying to repeal the health care law."

Experts are saying it will take months to fix all the problems with Obamacare. Months? That would be after the deadline for penalties.
Yet, Obama came out yesterday and said that the exchanges are massively popular and only having problems because of too much demand and traffic!??

URGE the U.S. Senate and U.S. House to uphold our RIGHTS and continue to investigate and to prosecute any agency or person responsible for illegal intimidation or targeting.
