President Barack Obama will negotiate with Syrian President Assad and Iranian President Hassan Rouhani---BUT NOT SPEAKER OF THE HOUSE JOHN BOEHNER!
White the government shutdown enters its third and fourth days, President Obama finally reached out to Boehner, McConnell and Company---but only after a jovial conversation with terrorist Iranian President Hassan Rouhani.
What is up with President Obama?
Over 800,000 federal government workers are not being paid; and he has time to take with a terrorist head-of-state?
Impossible, you say. Possible, history tells us!
President Obama said of his brief, yet historic, telephone conversation with the Iranian President: “While there will surely be important obstacles to moving forward and success is by no means guaranteed, I believe we can reach a comprehensive solution. So the test will be meaningful, transparent, and verifiable actions, which can also bring relief from the comprehensive international sanctions that are currently in place.”
In the meantime, Americans are “going to hell in a hand-basket”—via the government shutdown!
What was he thinking?
In the White House itself, the shutdown causes 1,166 to be furloughed without pay, while 365 White House staffers report for work.
Even though many liberal pundits say the government shutdown fault lies at the feet of the Republicans, a proper analysis blames the President of the United States of America.
President Obama is officially the “CEO” of the United States.
He has helped to cause the shutdown.
U.S. Senator Marco Rubio (R-FL), one of the front-runners of the 2016 presidential election, puts the complete blame at the feet of Barack Obama. He avows that President Barack Obama prefers a government shutdown to accomplish a “political win.” Not only will he supposedly be seen as not wanting to shut down the government, but he continues to be the “champion” of all Americans who see healthcare coverage.
Obamacare started the first day of the government shutdown; how ironic?
Senator Rubio went on to say: “It’s the president who is threatening to shut down the government because he is saying, and it’s the position his allies in the Senate so far have taken, that unless they fund Obamacare, they won’t fund the government. The president is basically looking for a political win, and I guess his political people have told him that this is a political win; shut down the government and blame the Republicans. The problem is that’s not the Republican position.”
Sure enough; all Democratic pundits have put the government shutdown plainly on the Republicans. The Government shutdown has started!
Not only is the attention off of President Obama, but also his one-half-dozen-plus scandals, lest we forget. In light of a government shutdown blamed on Republicans, it takes the spotlight and heat off of the various Obama scandals: IRS, Benghazi, NSA spying, Obamacare, government mandates, and much more.
In an interview BEFORE the government shutdown, Senator Rubio expressed: “If in fact the government shuts down. It will be unfortunately because the president and his allies believe that Obamacare is so important to them that they are willing to shut down the government over it!”
U. S. Senator Rand Paul states: “I think I was elected to stand up and say, ‘You know what, the emperor has no clothes.’ And we have to point that out. So really when people get caught up in the shutdown, I try to tell them, ‘Well look, this isn’t just about a shutdown. This isn’t just about temporary inconveniences of the government shutdown. This is about whether or not a society or a civilization can borrow a trillion dollars every year without ramifications!”
U. S. Rep. Pete Hoekstra (R-MI) is even more blunt: “The president wants to have this fight. He doesn’t want to talk about the failures that we’re having with a very, very weak economy . . . the failures that are happening as Obamacare rolls out . . . his failures on foreign policy. His poll numbers have been going down for the last few months because of the ineffectiveness of this administration. He believes that (the shutdown) is going to be able to enhance his numbers . . . He wants to win the House back. The only way this guy can govern is if he controls all branches!”
FAX Congress to urge them to halt the government shutdown, without giving in to Obamacare.
Why won’t any Democrat open the door to negotiation at all?
Especially the “CEO of America” President Obama?
Speaker of the House John Boehner blasts President Obama for the government shutdown. For the first time in 17 years, the government of the United States of America has shut down. Boehner called Obama’s policy his “scorched-earth policy of refusing to negotiate in (a) bipartisan way on his health care law, current government funding or the debt limit.”
Boehner went on the offensive against the president: “The president is not telling the whole story when it comes to the government shutdown! The fact is that Washington Democrats have slammed the door on reopening the government by refusing to engage in bipartisan talks.”
However, leadership has started to meet with the president. No guarantees.
The “war of words” continues. President Obama charged Republicans: “They’ve shut down the government over an ideological crusade to deny affordable health insurance to millions of Americans.
Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-NV) has remained steadfast (with orders from his superior, President Obama) in saying that NONE of Obamacare will be touched in this Congressional fray.
But what does the government shutdown mean to you:
1. Veteran’s benefits, unemployment benefits, social security, Medicare, Medicaid, and food stamp programs will be paid
2. Obamacare will be implemented (The greatest albatross)
3. Judicial courts will be in session
4. Post Office will be open
5. Despite IRS office closures, taxes must still be paid
6. Gun permits might be delayed
7. According to White House numbers, at least 825,000 of the more than 2 million federal workers would be furloughed.
Unless you regularly visit a National Park, the government shutdown may not really affect you just yet! But get ready for the Left’s down-beat “scare tactics” that they will mesh into their blame rants against the Republicans. Chilling words have already been used by Democratic leadership: “anarchists, arsonists, hostage-takers, bombers, political terrorists, extortionists, etc.”
Senate Leader Harry Reid verbalized his hatred: “We’re not going to bow to Tea Party anarchists who deny the mere fact that Obamacare is the law. We will not bow to Tea Party anarchists who refuse to accept that the Supreme Court ruled that Obamacare is constitutional!”
President Obama is the one who is holding all Americans “hostage” because he absolutely refuses to negotiate at all!

Even the liberal Washington Post writer Bob Woodward, believes it is up to President Obama to lead in controversial times. Woodward said: “They should be meeting, discussing this, because…the American economy is at stake and the president, if there is a downturn or a collapse or whatever could happen here that’s bad, it’s going to be on his (Obama’s) head.”
