The Liable ACT NEEDS Our Support - Covid Vaxx Injured Americans Have the RIGHT to SUE Pharmaceutical Companies!
Congress needs to get to work and put AMERICAN FIRST!
With all the noise coming out of Congress, not many "good" bills have been introduced as of late, however last month, a bill hit the House floor that needs our support! H.R. 7551 will enable Americans who have been injured by the COVID vaccine to file suits and hold liable the pharmaceutical companies like Moderna, Johnson & Johnson, and Pfizer for their experimental mRNA vaccines. Congress MUST support this bill to ensure that vaccine-injured Americans, specifically regarding the COVID vaccine, have the opportunity to sue the pharmaceutical companies who have POISONED them! Support H.R. 7551!
Since the COVID vaccine, there has been an exponential increase in vaccine injuries, whether that be myocarditis, pericarditis, cancer, autoimmune disorders, neurological issues, hormone issues, thyroid issues, DVT/other clotting issues, and more. These health problems were caused because of the experimental nature of the mRNA COVID vaccine that was created in a few short months. The effects of this experimental vaccine have been significant, and those affected by it should have the right to hold the pharmaceutical companies who caused irreparable damage to their health liable. This is why Congress must pass H.R. 7551.
H.R. 7551 was recently introduced in Congress by Representative Chip Roy (TX). It would prohibit any Federal law from making the manufacturer of a COVID-19 vaccine immune from suit or liability, or limiting the liability of such a manufacturer, with respect to claims for loss caused by, arising out of, relating to, or resulting from the administration to or the use by an individual of a COVID–19 vaccine or other COVID product. In short, it enables a vaccine-injured individual the right to hold these pharmaceutical companies responsible for their experimental jabs.
This bill is particularly important because during the pandemic, many individuals were put into a difficult position regarding their “choice” to receive the vaccine. Instead of being granted the choice to determine if they wanted to receive the vaccine, many Americans had to fight for their right to deny the vaccine, some being fired for their opposition, others facing suspension. The vaccine for many was a coerced “choice,” and many are suffering the consequences of this choice. They have the right to hold the pharmaceutical companies that produced the mRNA vaccine liable for the damage they inflicted.
