Seven days a week, Conservative Daily sends letters to Congress that address their infringements. One of the most powerful tools we each have individually is our voice, and everyone awake should be using their voice to demand the government redress grievances with the criminals in government.
This week, we shined a spotlight on the escalations of The State against We the People. The Mar-a-Lago raid was a wake up call for many Americans, as the unprecedented move by Biden’s FBI has shaken those who never thought it could get this far.
But the Administrative and Surveillance State has been violating our rights for a long time. They’re escalating, and it’s time we stand in the gap and say ENOUGH!
Collectively, we sent nearly 15,000 letters to the federal government this week, with many of you blasting the entire Congress and the White House! Well done!
If you missed out on the daily demands for redress this week, you can send the week’s most popular letter to Congress, today. With a CD Membership, you can send EVERY campaign to your legislators at no additional cost – go back and blast them with every campaign if you haven’t!
Here is what we told Congress this week:
- FRIDAY: They're Trying to Weather the Outrage: Legislators Silent about the Bill of Rights
The Bill of Rights is an antique that sits on a shelf, forgotten by those meant to preserve her. Americans brave enough to exercise those sacred rights fear becoming targets by the establishment whose salaries we pay. Targets that are fired upon frequently. Just ask 45.
- THURSDAY: Biden's New IRS Law Enforcement Army is 4x Larger than the US Border Patrol
What the regime is building is more than eight army infantry divisions; more than four army corps. And for a really poignant comparison, the US committed around 73,000 troops on D-Day to punch a hole in Hitler’s Atlantic Wall—to defeat tyranny. Biden needs 87,000 jackboots to ensure tyranny succeeds in America.
- WEDNESDAY: Enough is Enough! Congress Needs to Go on the Record Today
The Administrative State is the stick to the political carrots. They are the boots on the necks of the American People. Never has that been more in focus than in Monday’s raid on Mar-a-Lago. The Bill of Rights appears to have been suspended. It's certainly not being upheld. The State is escalating.
- TUESDAY: This is Unprecedented and Dangerous – Get Your Legislators on the Record. History Demands It.
The Biden Administration is out of control. It’s becoming clearer that “Build Back Better” means “the beatings will continue until morale improves.” The expansion of the surveillance state has reached a dangerous apex, and Monday’s events are an escalation by The State that should alarm and enrage every American.
- MONDAY: What's in the "Inflation Reduction Act"? More inflation, of course.
They tell us to cut corners in our budgets and just give them just a little more of our money to pour into the black hole of their spending. You can go to the dollar store, which is actually now the $1.25 store. Global warming demands we all make sacrifices. Well, not all of us.
- SUNDAY: As Voters Question Primary Results, GOP Support Plummets
The red wave is poisoned with establishment candidates who want to maintain the status quo and the power of the state. No matter which party is in power, globalism expands, the state amasses power, and we lose our rights. Believing the primary results in almost every contest around the nation requires that you believe Republican voters – nationwide – want to maintain this status quo. That’s a no for me.

TO THOSE WHO CLAIM TO REPRESENT US IN THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT:
As you passed almost a trillion dollars of spending in the midst of record high inflation, the people are sobering up to the reality that you’ve tacitly suspended the Bill of Rights.
Consider that there are now speech and thought crimes in law books around the country. Assembly and movement have been suppressed by government overreach and manufactured crises. Synagogues and Churches have been persecuted for religious observation without The State’s permission.
Disarmament of peaceful Americans is now the mainstream policy of the US government. That’s a line.
You haven’t had us quarter soldiers (yet), but most wouldn’t dare oppose it. And if your victims weren’t so scared of your FBI brownshirts to share their stories, we’d probably discover that this, too, has happened.
Your continued reauthorizations of the Patriot Act (and its expansive successors) have eliminated protections from unlawful search and seizure, as President Trump experienced on Monday.
People can still “plead the fifth,” in court so as not to incriminate themselves, but secret courts and politicization have called the entire system into question. Also, victims of government are never properly compensated for what The State decides to take. There is never accountability for The State.
The January 6 political prisoners annihilate any argument that the right to a quick and speedy trial by jury still exists. Many of them haven’t even been charged.
Federal cases are no longer tried in accordance with Common Law, as it was defined when the Seventh was written and, again, secret courts and politicization have called the entire system into question.
Excessive bail isn’t required for those who agree with The State’s ideology of enslavement and oppression. Bail is rarely an option for prisoners of The State and, when it is, it is most definitely excessive. Cruel and unusual punishments are the norm for those in the DC Gulag.
There are no rights left for the people outside of The State because you have infiltrated every aspect of our lives down to what we can say in the “privacy” of our own homes. So the Ninth is moot at this point.
Your response to the Supreme Court reinforcing the Tenth and overturning Roe has shown us where you stand on that one.
Which of our rights remain? Where can we go that The State won’t follow? How have you redefined Liberty to rationalize such violations of your sacred oath?
You must go on the record today about the Bill of Rights. We the People deserve and demand to know your stance on every one of these violations. If you remain silent, we will assume you are supportive of these infringements and that you are willfully violating your oath. If you remain silent, you will make clear that you are an enemy of We the People.
The People have not escalated. The State is escalating. That is dangerous.
Come out publicly about The State’s violations about the Bill of Rights and what you’re going to do about it. Now. Today.
Remember your oath.
