Dear Patriotic Conservative,

Your faxes caused a tremendous uproar in the United States Senate! 

As you may not know, 50 United States Senators - both Republicans and Democrats - pleaded with President Barack Obama to stop the latest intrusion upon the Second Amendment!

Last week, those 50 U.S. Senators wrote a letter to President Barack Obama saying NOT to ratify the United Nations’ Arms Trade Treaty, that Secretary of State John Kerry illegally signed weeks ago.  Here is the deal:  it takes 60 votes by United States Senators to RATIFY a treaty!

YOUR faxes have made a distinct difference!

U. S. Senators have turned down this United Nations onslaught to govern the guns of United States citizens!

How can we THANK YOU for your tremendous support of our Second Amendment?!!

But President Obama and his minions continue to think of ways to come against the vote of true, American patriots; and you must fax every Member of Congress to vote against those bills that want to take away our Second Amendment freedoms!

Please FAX every single Member of the United States Congress to vote AGAINST any legislation that stymies the way that gun advocates can keep their guns to defend themselves, as guaranteed by the United States Constitution!

Yes, last week, 50 U.S. Senators signed a letter written to President Barack Obama, the most anti-gun president the United States has ever known, pleading with him to NOT ratify the United Nations’ Arms Trade Treaty! 

As a result of not making the 60-vote parameter, gun owners will not forfeit their Second Amendment rights to own and use a weapon!! 

President Barack Obama must understand, as a direct result of this letter and recent developments that the Second Amendment supersedes anything that President Obama puts forth, even via an Executive Order!

Then Secretary of State Hillary Clinton originally pledged that the United States would only enter the Arms Trade Treaty by “the rule of consensus decision-making.”  The 50 U.S. Senators wrote President Barack Obama that “in April 2013, after the treaty failed to achieve consensus, it was adopted by the majority vote in the U.N. General Assembly.  We fear that this reversal has done grave damage to the diplomatic credibility of the United States.”

The bottom line:  President Obama broke another promise to the American people!

HALF of the United States Senators wrote that the UN Arms Trade Treaty “encourages governments to collect the identities of individual end users of imported firearms at the national level, which would constitute the core of a national gun registry.”  However, on March 25, 2013, his spokesman told the press that Obama was absolutely not working to create a national gun registry! 

Yet, another Obama lie!!

Please FAX every single Member of the United States Congress to vote AGAINST any legislation that stymies the way gun advocates. You and I, as law-abiding citizens, have a right to own guns, as guaranteed by the United States Constitution!

Those who support the United States Constitution and the Second Amendment have been speaking boldly already, against this outrageous treaty.  Your faxes have really worked to sway public opinion; more importantly, to sway Congressional opinion!!

This treaty is now DEAD ON ARRIVAL in the United States Senate!

ON THE OTHER HAND------

Many of us are busy people who have a hard time staying current on these issues of substantial importance!  That is what legislators bank on.

Note that 46 United States Senators did vote to give our Constitutional rights to the United Nations! 

The bottom line:  We were only FOUR (4) votes away from the United States Senate giving away our Constitutional rights to the United Nations!

In a 53-46 vote, the Senate narrowly passed a measure that will stop the United States from entering into the United Nations Arms Trade Treaty.





BUT YOUR FAXES STOPPED THE JUGGERNAUT TO CLAIM OUR WEAPONS!

The Statement of Purpose from the Bill reads:

"To uphold Second Amendment rights and prevent the United States from entering into the United Nations Arms Trade Treaty."





The U.N. Small Arms Treaty, which has been championed by the Obama Administration, would have effectively placed a global ban on the import and export of small firearms.





The ban would have affected all private gun owners in the U.S. and had language that would have implemented an international gun registry on all private guns and ammo.





Astonishingly, 46 out of our 100 United States Senators were willing to give away our Constitutional rights to a foreign power!

YOU, yes YOU, literally helped to admonish United States Senators to say NO to the Obama-pushed United Nations Arms Treaty.

How can freedom-loving, Constitutional-loving, patriotic Americans thank you enough??!!

You, via your faxes, are an “American hero!”  Thank you does not really convey the gratitude of freedom-loving Americans for what you have done.

We must continue to stop Congress (and the administration!) from going around our United States Constitution and the Second Amendment!

President Barack Obama is the most-ANTI-GUN president the United States has ever had!  Obviously, Attorney General Eric Holder is also the most ANTI-GUN Attorney General the United States has ever had!  Fearlessly, they are working to make sure that YOUR gun rights are taken away!

President Obama is trying to use his powers via EXECUTIVE ORDERS to get around what true Americans believe are against gun control!  However, our devious “commander-in-chief” wants to go around the laws to make sure that Americans understand the gun control that he insists is upon them!

Regardless of what YOU think!  Regardless of what Congress thinks…President Barack Obama has already proven that he will act by Executive Order or Executive Directive (which is also illegal!) anytime he does not get his way on gun control!  WOW!

In spite of all the attention on the government shutdown and the debt ceiling fight, gun control advocates are very much at work, trying to undermine our political process and the United States Constitution.  Your Second Amendment rights have never been more at risk!  Yet, somehow, it does not make the headlines of what is happening in Washington!

You must fax Washington and tell them to pay attention to what is happening, as the Obama administration tries to choke off our rights as United States’ citizens.  Let me state bold and clearly:  The Second Amendment of the United States Constitution is still the law of the land!  No matter what President Obama says. 

Gun control advocates continue their march across this country thanks to the “open doors” afforded them by President Obama, Gabby Giffords, the Connecticut parents, and many others.

The GOP is losing. We, the People … WE ARE WINNING!

THE BOTTOM LINE:  YOUR FAXES ARE ACTUALLY WORKING!

We MUST give law-abiding citizens, around the world and here in the United States, the prospect to decide for themselves whether or not to defend themselves.

The president wants to take the guns away from patriotic Americans; which includes ILLEGALLY having Secretary of State John Kerry sign the United Nations Small Arms Treaty.

Mr. President, a treaty requires TWO-THIRDS of the United States Senators; of which two-thirds are AGAINST the treaty.  Why? Please STOP the madness!

Tell the United States Congress Members that they must vote AGAINST every gun control measure before them!
