I am writing to you today because I am concerned and disturbed by the asymmetry of our federal justice system. Treatment in the justice system appears to depend on ideology. Justice is no longer blind.
Antifa activists continue to burn down cities, destroy property, and even commit assault and murder whenever they disagree with the actions of the justice system. Even sometimes when they agree. They are repeatedly shown leniency despite the extensive damages they caused and their complete lack of remorse.
In contrast, peaceful protestors on January 6, 2021, many of whom are charged simply with trespassing, are shown no leniency. There are hundreds of Americans having their rights violated on a daily basis.
They have brown water that they have to filter through their socks. There are roaches and feces on the floor. They are denied visitation, even video visitation, due to their vaccination status. Some of them agreed to be vaccinated in order to get video visitation, only to still be denied visitation after getting vaccinated. They are held in solitary confinement for months at a time. One prisoner even had to use a staple to drain an abscess in his mouth because the J6 prisoners are being denied medical care.
This isn’t justice. It’s political persecution. Again, treatment in the US justice system depends on ideology – Justice is no longer blind.
We know that the Federal Government, under the leadership of Nancy Pelosi, is solely to blame for what happened on January 6 and for the five American Patriots who lost their lives that day. It’s sickening that several of those being held in your gulag are only there due to their attempts to save their countrymen’s lives.
We know the truth, and it’s coming out. Soon every American will know the truth about your actions, and inaction, in the name of justice.
Re-read the Constitution, and remember your oath.
