Earlier today, in a conversation unrelated to the substance of this article, I said, “Should I dare to hope in the justice system?”

This afternoon, UncoverDC Editor-in-Chief TracyBeanz launched a rally cry, calling everyone to have eyes-on Missouri v. Biden. The case centers on the government collaborating with technology companies to censor information from the public.

The case is, “alleging that [Biden Admin Officials] colluded in their official capacity with big tech to censor American speech for a number of different topics, from election integrity to the Biden laptop to Covid to vaccines,” Beanz said in a audio recording on her Telegram channel, adding that the censorship targeted, “Basically, anything that we speak about on a day-to-day that is truthful on social media.”

In an October 21 press release, Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt, a plaintiff in the case, stated, “After finding documentation of a collusive relationship between the Biden Administration and social media companies to censor free speech, we immediately filed a motion to get these officials under oath,” adding, “It is high time we shine a light on this censorship enterprise and force these officials to come clean to the American people, and this ruling will allow us to do just that. We’ll keep pressing for the truth.”

Beanz broke this afternoon that, “Jen Psaki had filed a motion to quash her subpoena to testify in Virginia. The Virginia judge sent it back to Louisiana. The Louisiana judge just ruled and denied her motion and ordered her deposed. Because that’s what this judge does.”

The story goes that Jen Psaki said that a deposition would be too burdensome for her, and the judge said too bad – you’re material. Then Psaki and the legal power of the US federal government tried to go around the Louisiana judge to another judge, and that really raised the bayou judge’s cackles.

“This Court previously authorized Plaintiff’s to take Psaki’s deposition. Much of Psaki and Federal Defendants’ argument is moving the Court to reconsider its previous ruling that found 'extraordinary circumstances' exist to allow Plaintiffs to take Psaki’s deposition. However, no motion to reconsider was filed with the Court. In making these arguments to another Court, Federal Defendants and Psaki were making an ‘end run’ around this Court’s prior ruling. To the extent Psaki and Federal Defendants ask this Court to reconsider the prior ruling authorizing Psaki’s deposition, that request is DENIED.”

Yikes. The judge seems mad.

According to Beanz, and supported by the judge’s ruling today, Psaki appears to have been a ring leader in the collusion and conspiracy to suppress truth from the American public.

Do we dare to hope in the justice system? Beanz calls this the most important case in US history, “This is the most important court case, I would even venture to say in our history, and I know that sounds absolutely insane.”

To hear it straight from the source, Tracy Beanz breaks down the full case on her podcast today. Eyes on, everyone.
