This is breaking news. Joe Biden is expected to sign an executive order this afternoon that eliminates the vaccine opt-out for Federal employees and contractors. All Federal employees and contractors will now be required to be vaccinated.
It doesn't matter if they have a deeply held religious or ethical objection... It doesn't matter if they have a medical condition that makes it dangerous or deadly to get vaccinated... They will be required to get the vaccine or else they will be let go.
There are over 9 million Americans who work in the Federal government. That includes Federal employees, military personnel, USPS employees, Federal contractors, and Federal grant recipients. When Joe Biden signs this document today, he will mandate that around 3% of all Americans get vaccinated.
This order itself will not apply to most Americans and I understand that few, if any, reading this will be moved to take action to protect the average Federal government employee...
But if Biden succeeds in expanding government power to require Americans to get vaccinated without any exemptions, you will be next!
We are already hearing that Biden and his handlers want to make vaccination mandatory in State and Local Governments as well. States and localities employ over 19.7 million Americans. Sure, Red states probably won't follow suit. But you can expect that the Federal government will require that states and localities vaccinate their employees as a condition of continuing to receive Federal funding. Every single state and locality relies on Federal funding to function. If the funding dries up, states and localities would literally shut down overnight.
The next step from the Biden administration will be to mandate that recipients of Federal aid, assistance, or funding. Over the last year and a half, the private sector has become increasingly reliant on Federal assistance to stay in business. If you go through the spending bills from the past two years, you will find hundreds of billions that went to non-governmental entities: Private and religious hospitals, charities, mom-and-pop businesses, schools and universities, etc. The Left closed the country, made businesses and organizations reliant on government to survive, and now want to make the vaccine mandatory.
All of this would be grossly unconstitutional, but it wouldn't be hard to write the regulations. For example, HHS could theoretically restrict Federal funding from going to state and local health departments that refuse to impose vaccine mandates on businesses or restaurants, The Department of Education could restrict Federal funding from going to schools that refuse to force students to get vaccinated.
Again, all of this would be flagrantly unconstitutional, but never underestimate the Left's ability to imagine new ways to infringe on our rights.
All of this begins today when Joe Biden signs this executive order and claims the authority to require Americans to get vaccinated, without exceptions.
This tyrant must be stopped!
Our Constitution is nothing but a list of enumerated powers. The Constitution says what the Government is allowed to do. The Constitution is 4,543 words long and none of those words give the Federal government the power to force Americans to inject anything into their bodies.
Biden is trying to invent this new power out of thin air and he is going to get away with it unless YOU stop him!
