Nearly a week after the Supreme Court’s decision to overturn Roe V Wade, Joe Biden is calling upon Congress to remove the filibuster rule so abortion rights can be codified into Federal law. He is even threatening Executive Orders to get his way!

Biden is trying to dismantle the fundamental protections against tyranny established by our Founding Fathers. Biden’s rhetoric is a direct subversion of the institutions set in place to guarantee checks and balances across all branches of government!

Biden said, “I believe we have to codify Roe v. Wade into law. And the way to do that is to make sure Congress votes to do that. And if the filibuster gets in the way — it’s like voting rights — it should be we provide an exception for this. We require an exception for the filibuster for this action.”

Biden continued, “I’m the only president they’ve got and I feel extremely strongly that I’m going to do everything in my power legally in terms of executive orders as well as push the Congress and the public.”

We are witnessing an insurrection against the foundations of our Republic by radical Democrats intent on destroying the United States to achieve their dystopian vision for America.

If Biden and his cohorts are successful in abolishing the filibuster, the Radical Left will use unrestrained power to force through legislation that will ensure their illegitimate grasp on power is never lost.
