The United States should always uphold the principles of freedom and allow its citizens to actively participate in making crucial decisions that affect their lives and freedoms. By joining the Trust and Freedom Initiative, which many European Union countries have embraced, we can demonstrate our solidarity with our European allies and assert our commitment to safeguarding the rights and choices of our people. The Trust and Freedom Initiative empowers citizens to have a say in how our nation responds to global pandemics and other critical matters, a principle that aligns with the very foundation of our nation.

It is your duty as elected representatives to protect the Constitution and the rights of the American people. The pandemic treaty, in its current form, could compromise our ability to chart our own course during times of crisis. We cannot let any external entity dictate the measures our nation should take during a pandemic. Our response should be determined by the will of the people, as enshrined in our Constitution.

Therefore, I urgently demand that Congress rejects the World Health Organization's pandemic treaty in its entirety. As citizens, we firmly assert that nothing can nullify our Constitution or infringe upon our rights. Together, we are a formidable force, and our collective voice should be heard loud and clear – the United States refuses to be bound by a treaty that could compromise our national sovereignty and the rights of our citizens.
