Late Thursday, news broke that President Donald J. Trump has been indicted by a Manhattan Grandy Jury.

The indictment is filed under seal, meaning we don’t know the details or the charges, but that didn’t stop CNN from publishing rumors about how the walls really are closing in this time. 

“Donald Trump faces more than 30 counts related to business fraud in an indictment from a Manhattan grand jury, according to two sources familiar with the case – the first time in American history that a current or former president has faced criminal charges…The indictment has been filed under seal and will be announced in the coming days. The charges are not publicly known at this time.”

See how that works? They posit “30 counts” before admitting that the indictment is filed under seal and the charges are not known. It’s peak dishonesty, but we would expect nothing less from the government led media. 

President Trump is expected to appear in court on Tuesday. 

While the establishment takes a victory lap, I am reminded of 1 Corinthians 1:19: “I will destroy the wisdom of the wise; the intelligence of the intelligent I will frustrate.”

The indictment of President Trump means the days of political immunity are over. Because of the establishment’s desire to stop President Trump from running in 2024, they’ve opened the door for the People to hold ALL politicians accountable. 

Did you mean to neutralize the norms that gave you immunity? Because, by allowing this political persecution to continue, you’ve eliminated any perceived protections that politicians once held. If you can do this to a President, no government role is off limits. 

Thank you for the precedent. Please retain all your emails and other records. 

But it’s worse than setting an insane precedent that opens you up to liability. Federal prosecutors declined to bring charges in the same case. Now that Trump has announced as a candidate for President, and he is the nationwide front runner, the Manhattan DA all of a sudden finds a case? No - This is election interference. 

Bring the NY criminals before the Judiciary Committees and get some answers. The American people are finished with the Weaponization of law enforcement.
