Kangaroo Court! True the Vote Duo Expected to Head to Prison Today

Happy Halloween, everyone! You know what’s scarier than your more terrifying costume idea? The weaponization of law enforcement.

Today at 9AM Central, Federal District Judge Kenneth M. Hoyt in Houston, Texas is expected to send True the Vote’s Catherine Englebrecht and Gregg Phillips to prison with a million-dollar fine.

This is a civil case for defamation brought by Konnech, Inc. and its embattled CEO Eugene Yu. Yu was arrested and Konnech has been revealed as a Chinese spying operation. The crime expected to put Englebrecht and Phillips to prison is source confidentiality.

In a Truth Social post from last night, Phillips said:

“We have refused to name the third person in the room when confronted with the Konnech-China connection. The sad thing is the person is inconsequential. He is just a coward. It makes me sad because he is a friend of both Catherine and me.”

Prison time and a million bucks for protecting a source that doesn’t want to be protected. Remember that TTV was reportedly working with the FBI for 15 months on this case before Biden’s DOJ and the FBI’s Washington D.C. Headquarters got involved.

According to invoice documents published by Terpsehore (Tore) Maras, who is an independent Ohio candidate for Secretary of State and heading to SCOTUS with expedited claims, Konnech had a lucrative contract with the Department of Defense.

In a recent article, Maras lays out the transfer of US data to China, via Alaska, that occurred while Americans were hiding from Covid and/or outraged by the stolen election. Maras first reported these events in the days following the 2020 election, but it’s unclear if they have been investigated or acted upon by any government entity.

Other than covering them up, that is.

Here is today’s letter to Congress.

Dear Congress,

The reason we have three co-equal branches of government is to provide checks and balances on power. You should know this – you swore an oath to uphold it – but you seem to have forgotten.

The Executive branch is out of control, from Government Edicts via Executive Order to the Whole-of-Government Weaponization of Law Enforcement.

This case is about defamation against Konnech.

In any court that valued justice, Yu’s case would be litigated prior to claims of defamation. If the claims made by TTV are true, then by definition, it’s not defamation.

The “crime” expected to put Englebrecht and Phillips to prison is source confidentiality.

Then everything changed, the corruption was “handled,” and the investigators – who were FBI sources until Biden-led obstruction – became the investigated. This isn’t justice, it’s soviet-style political persecution.

If the branches aren’t checking or balancing each other, then it’s just tyranny.

DEMAND FOR REMEDY: Investigate the Biden DOJ for obstructing the Konnech investigation.

It’s not going away. You know it, we know it. Remember your oath.
