Public Trust Demands It! CO SecState Griswold MUST Release the Elbert Drives
On Thursday, in a two-hour special Conservative Daily Podcast, Colorado’s Elbert County Clerk and Recorder Dallas Schroeder joined Joe for an exclusive, first interview about his quiet, ongoing battle with Jena Griswold.
This battle hasn’t always been quiet. Early this year, Schroeder disclosed in a legal filing against Jena Griswold that he had taken images of his Dominion Voting Systems equipment prior to Griswold’s infamous “Trusted Build.”
Upon learning about the existence of these images, Griswold repeated the playbook she used with Mesa County Clerk Tina Peters. The secretary sent a flurry of press releases declaring the Elbert County Clerk a criminal.
A legal battle ensued and, following a court order, Schroeder delivered all copies of the images to Secretary Griswold.
Clerk Schroeder hasn’t spoken to the media about this until now but, while he is breaking his silence, Griswold has gone silent.
After she appointed a special consultant to oversee the primary election in Elbert County, Griswold received a report from the consultant that recommended no further supervision. The Secretary hasn’t shared this report – the People got it through open records requests.
Griswold made a huge media splash with at least three press releases when learning about the existence of the drives and when appointing the special consultant. Why hasn’t she told the citizens of Colorado the end of the story?
Has she analyzed the drives? What did she find? Does she still have them? Is she going to publicly apologize for her treatment of duly elected County Clerk and Recorder Dallas Schroeder and his team?
Now that Clerk Schroeder is speaking publicly about this battle, he has issued a challenge to Secretary Griswold:
“If there is nothing to hide, and Colorado is the ‘Gold Standard,’ then I challenge Ms. Griswold to use our images and prove it.”
There is a crisis of public trust in US elections. Colorado claims to be the "Gold Standard" of elections in the nation, and Secretary Griswold could confirm or refute arguments and evidence by allowing the Elbert County drives to be inspected.
Since the outcome may implicate Secretary Griswold, she shouldn’t be the one to decide.
DEMAND FOR REMEDY: Pressure Colorado Secretary of State to release the Elbert County drives to be analyzed by public experts in an open source fashion. Public trust in elections requires transparency and continued obstruction further diminishes trust in these institutions.
Inspecting the Elbert County drives could have earth shattering implications for the election narrative nationwide. If the drives show the same shadow databases and vote swapping that occurred in Mesa County, Colorado, the human error excuses will be DEBUNKED!
Alternatively, examination and analysis could prove that what happened in Mesa County was an anomaly and not widespread. It could provide additional details about the human error excuses from Mesa and answers for why the election data looks fraudulent but is actually legitimate.
Either outcome will impact the battle for free and fair elections nationwide, providing discoverable evidence in dozens of legal cases and giving us new facts to debate in the public squares of every state.
One condition, however, is that the truth can only come from full transparency and independent examination and analysis. We will trust neither the Secretary nor anyone she selects nor the wholly compromised CISA and their official-sounding subcontractor, CIS, Inc., nor the activist-owned voting systems testing labs nor the incompetent EAC nor the embattled electronic voting equipment and software vendors.
Independent and transparent.
Like Clerk Schroeder said, “If there is nothing to hide…prove it.”

Secretary Griswold could enable the public to confirm or refute allegations about Mesa County, as she is holding forensic images from Elbert County that have not been analyzed.

If there are additional tools available in your official capacity to demand release of the drives, leverage those as well.
