Joe Biden is racing to remove as many unvaccinated soldiers from the military as possible.

Last month, Judge Reed O'Connor blocked the Navy from kicking out 35 Navy Seals with legitimate, deeply-held religious objections to the Covid-19 vaccine. The Biden administration is appealing and demanding the authority to discharge these Seals due to their deeply held religious beliefs.

Judge O'Connor concludes that "the COVID-19 pandemic provides the government no license to abrogate those freedoms. There is no COVID-19 exception to the First Amendment. There is no military exclusion from our Constitution."

Biden, however, is pledging to kick every single serviceman and woman out of the military if they refuse to get the vaccine for religious reasons.

Tens of thousands of soldiers have sought religious exemptions. Almost all of them have been co-signed by a chaplain. Not one has been granted.

Tens of thousands of Americans have asked that the Federal government respect their religious beliefs and not force them to do something that directly conflicts with them. The government has refused each and every one of them and pledged to punish them if they do not compromise on their faith.

This is flagrantly unconstitutional. Judge O'Connor is right. The First Amendment's protection of the free exercise of religion does not disappear simply because someone enlists in the military.

The Biden administration is now moving forward with mass involuntary discharges. They want to get the discharge paperwork finalized before these court cases lead to nationwide injunctions.

It isn't just that Joe Biden is violating the Constitution. He and his team know that the vaccine mandate is unconstitutional, and they know that it is only a matter of time before the courts shut it down. But they are moving forward with the discharges anyway...

You can stop this. H.R. 3860 would prohibit the government from (1) mandating the vaccine for any service member or (2) punishing soldiers who opt out of getting the vaccine. It would also give already-discharged soldiers a pathway to get back into the service (if they want).

You must pass this bill into law. These men and women answered the call to serve to defend you. The least you can do is stand up and defend them.

I don't care if it passes as a standalone bill or amendment. You MUST shut down Joe Biden's military vaccine mandate before it is too late!

If you will not defend these men and women from Biden's unconstitutional mandates, you have no business serving in any capacity and must be removed.
