Yesterday, Joe Biden admitted that there is "no Federal solution" to the COVID-19 pandemic. This was obviously an attempt by Biden to pass the buck and blame other people for his own failures.

But by admitting that there is "no Federal solution," Joe Biden just dismantled the legal argument behind all of his pandemic mandates and restrictions.

In order for the Federal government to enact policies that restrict or infringe upon individuals' rights and liberties, the policies must pass a test known as "Strict Scrutiny." The Federal government must prove that they have a (1) compelling interest in solving a particular problem and (2) are violating individuals' rights in the least restrictive way possible to accomplish their goals.

When Joe Biden admitted that there is "no Federal solution" to the pandemic, he admitted that each and every one of his administration's mandates and restrictions are unconstitutional. The government cannot have a compelling interest in an unsolvable problem...

Courts have long refrained from interfering in executive emergency powers. For two years, we have seen feckless judges turn a blind eye to the most unconstitutional government policies that this continent has ever seen. No men and women in black robes are going to save us. Now, the responsibility falls to you.

You have the power under the Congressional Review Act to revoke all of Joe Biden's unconstitutional mandates and restrictions. I am demanding that you use this power immediately.

You must revoke all of Biden's vaccine mandates, including the ones targeting Federal workers, Federal contractors, healthcare workers, military personnel, and companies with 100+ employees. Biden just admitted that all of these executive orders are unconstitutional. Your oath requires that you revoke these mandates.

Biden's confession also invalidates his administration's other COVID-19 restrictions, such as the requirement that passengers on commercial airplanes wear a mask at all times. Joe Biden's confession now invalidates the FAA's claim that they have a compelling interest in forcing passengers to mask themselves. Airline CEOs just testified before Congress that there is not even any scientific basis to require masks because their airplanes now have such advanced air filtration systems.

You need to go down the list and revoke each and every one of Joe Biden's unconstitutional restrictions and mandates. This is the oath you swore.

History will not look kindly on Members of Congress who enabled this tyranny. The voters will not look kindly on it either...

Revoke these unconstitutional executive actions now... or else!
