All around the country, Joe Biden is losing lawsuits against his vaccine mandates.

Courts have shut down his vaccine mandates for healthcare facilities, private corporations, and a District Judge just ruled yesterday that the mandate for Federal contractors is also likely unconstitutional as well.

Despite this good news, the court orders are only temporary and some of them are very limited in their scope. Also, the Biden administration has openly defied these orders, instructing businesses to continue mandating the vaccines for their employees anyway.

After these orders came down, the Pentagon announced that all military branches must move up their deadlines to mandate vaccinations immediately.

This is what tyrants do: They issue unconstitutional executive orders, defy court orders, and try to rush enforcement before Congress or the courts can stop them.

Joe Biden's vaccine mandates are the most unconstitutional executive actions in American history. Nowhere in the Constitution will you find that the Federal government has the power to force Americans to inject something into their bodies. And yet, Joe Biden has tried to seize that power for himself.

You can read the polls. You understand that Biden is sinking. The vaccine mandate is doing it.

You don't have to go down with the ship. There is still time to do the right thing and vote to end these vaccine mandates. Unfortunately, the window of opportunity is closing...

I am demanding that you immediately pass H.R. 2317 and H.R. 3860 into law, by any means necessary.

H.R.2317 would amend the Civil Rights Act to make "vaccine status" a protected class. Just like it is illegal for the government or businesses to discriminate against employees or customers because of their race, creed, or sex, this bill would also make it illegal to discriminate against someone due to their vaccine status. It would make vaccine mandates illegal and tear down every vaccine passport law in the country.

H.R. 3860 would make it illegal for the military to mandate the vaccine or punish any servicemen or women who choose not to get vaccinated. This second bill is necessary because when men and women enlist, they agree to give the service branches power to mandate vaccines. This bill would clarify that the Covid-19 vaccine cannot be a mandatory vaccine in the military and would outlaw any form of punishment against those who opt out.

Combined, these two bills will PERMANENTLY abolish all vaccine mandates.

You must pass these bills into law. I don't care what it takes. There is no time to waste.

If you will not pass these common sense bills and protect the rights of your constituents against these unconstitutional mandates, you will be removed from office!
