The 5th Circuit Court of Appeals has ruled that the OSHA must halt the implementation of their workplace vaccine mandate. The Court found that the mandate would irreparably violate Americans' Constitutional rights if it was allowed to go into effect.

But while this is a major victory for civilian employees, the Biden administration's military vaccine requirement is still moving full-steam ahead.

Tens of thousands of Marines, Airmen, and Sailors are now in the process of being removed from the ranks. In the Army, there are so many soldiers refusing to get the shot that the branch has no choice but to allow them to stay on. However, unvaccinated soldiers are having their files "flagged" to make sure they cannot be promoted or reenlist. The fight in the National Guard is boiling over, with the Oklahoma National Guard now preparing to potentially become a "State Militia" in order to avoid having to enforce the mandate (and other states are considering doing the same).

What is even more despicable is that we now have evidence that religious exemptions are being flat-out denied in all of the military branches. The Pentagon is using a pre-written form letter to give blanket denials to any soldier who requests that their deeply held religious beliefs be respected...

This is flagrantly unconstitutional. It is also beyond stupid to purge the military of some of its most highly-trained personnel. We are hearing that the vaccine mandate enforcement could eliminate entire SEAL teams...

You have the power to stop this and that is precisely what you must do!

Congress must pass a new government spending package by December 3rd. That must include the annual NDAA to fund the Pentagon. Representative Thomas Massie has also introduced a bill - H.R. 3860 - that would fit perfectly as an amendment to that bill.

This bill would make it illegal for any Federal funding to be used to mandate the Covid-19 vaccine in the military and would prohibit the service branches from punishing unvaccinated servicemen and women in any way.

You MUST do everything in your power to pass this common sense bill, either as standalone legislation or a spending amendment. There is no time to waste. The service branches are already beginning the process of removing servicemen and women.

These men and women answered the call to protect you. Now, it is your turn to return the favor and protect them!

Pass H.R. 3860 into law, or else!
