The NIH now confirms that Anthony Fauci delivered false statements before Congress when he emphatically proclaimed that the NIAID never funded Gain of Function research in the Wuhan Institute of Virology.

By the NIH's own admission, not only did American funding go to the Wuhan lab, but the scientists used American tax dollars to create deadlier bat coronaviruses.

There is now more evidence than ever that the Covid-19 pandemic started at the Wuhan Lab and now we know that American funding likely helped create it.

When Anthony Fauci was asked about this, under oath, he lied. He said, categorically, that no funding ever went to Gain of Function research.

This was a lie. Fauci's own emails prove he knew better. He was frantically trying to find out whether the US funded the creation of the virus behind the Covid-19 pandemic. The NIH's latest admission shows that Fauci knew funding went to Gain of Function, but chose to lie under oath to cover it up.

Perjury is a real crime. You must ensure that Anthony Fauci is prosecuted and held accountable, if only to signal to future witnesses that the perjury statute will be fully enforced. That is what you must start with. In light of this new NIH document, you must refer Anthony Fauci for perjury prosecution.

Next, you must remove Fauci from his position in the NIAID. There are currently two bills introduced that would do just that. The first is called the Fire Fauci Act. Currently, Anthony Fauci is the highest paid Federal employee in the entire country. No, that is not a typo. There is not a single Federal employee, out of the almost 1.9 million civilians who work for the US Government, who earns more in a year than Anthony Fauci earns. In 2019, Fauci made $417,608. If he remains head of the NIAID through the end of this administration's term, he will earn a whopping $2.5 million for 2019-2024. The Fire Fauci Act would set that salary at ZERO. Fauci wouldn't earn a cent and would be forced out.

However, since he could always stay on as a "volunteer," the Fauci Incompetence Requires Early Dismissal (FIRED) Act would literally force him out. The FIRED Act would set a 12-year term limit for the Director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases. Since Anthony Fauci has held the position since 1984, he would immediately become term-limited and be removed as head of the NIAID. There is no grandfather clause in this bill. You must begin debating both of these bills.

Whichever you and your colleagues settle on, it is clear that Anthony Fauci must be removed from the NIH for his actions. For whatever reason, Anthony Fauci believes he is untouchable. He believes he can get away with lying before Congress, funding the research that caused the pandemic, and contributing to the biggest erosion of liberty this country has ever seen

Fauci is not untouchable, though, and it is up to YOU to ensure that Anthony Fauci is removed from his position of public trust immediately!

I am demanding that you immediately refer Anthony Fauci to the US Attorney's Office for perjury prosecution and remove him as Director of the NIAID, using either the Fire Fauci Act or FIRED Act.
