The "Mother of All Caravans" is preparing to leave Central America on Saturday and begin its march through Mexico to the US Border. The organizer says the caravan will enter the US by any means necessary and is "ready for war," if it comes to it...

This is a full-fledged invasion. What is even worse is that Biden plans to just let them all in...

The Supreme Court ordered the Biden administration to reimplement the "Remain in Mexico Policy" back in August. This is the common sense Trump-era policy that had asylum seekers wait in Mexico while their asylum claims are adjudicated in American courts. This was common sense. It protected the rights of bona fide asylum seekers while preventing fraudsters from gaming the system to gain entry to the country.

If a Remain in Mexico migrant's claim was accepted, they would be promptly admitted to the US. If a claim is denied, then agents would no longer need to track them down for deportation because they would already be out of the country. The Remain in Mexico Policy led to a sharp drop in fraudulent asylum claims because illegal aliens knew it would just be a waste of time.

Joe Biden illegally ended this program. The Supreme Court ordered him to start it up again, but he has been dragging his feet. Now, we're hearing that the Remain in Mexico Policy will go back into effect in November, but that the administration also plans to end it again (this time using a legal rationale they hope will survive judicial scrutiny). Also, conveniently, they're turning it back on AFTER the Mother of All Caravans is set to arrive...

The Founders knew a day like this would come, when an Executive Branch would need to be reined in and forced to put the American people's best interests first. That is why they gave YOU the power to compel the executive branch to act. That is precisely what you must do now!

I implore you to force a vote and pass H.R. 1259 into law. This common-sense, page-and-a-half-long bill would force Biden to permanently reinstate the Remain in Mexico Policy. Period. No amendments... No filler...

We have unfortunately reached the point where the President must be forced to secure the border. But only YOU can force him to do it!

Do not let Biden release these caravans into the interior! Pass H.R. 1259 into law before it's too late!
