Elections have consequences. The American people specifically chose not to give Democrats a super majority in either Chamber of Congress. Nancy Pelosi's holds just a 5-vote majority in the House and Chuck Schumer only has a tie-breaker majority.

Another way to put this: The American people decided not to allow the Democrat Party to push their entire agenda into law on a purely partisan vote.

The American people demanded that both parties compromise to get things done. Unfortunately, many of your colleagues didn't get that memo...
