Joe Biden just signed an order forcing 100 million Americans to get vaccinated or else they will lose their jobs.

The President has no right to require that Americans inject something into their body. This is a disgustingly unconstitutional executive order that must be stopped!

Biden was asked today what he would say to Americans vowing to fight his unconstitutional executive order. His answer was, "bring it."

Nowhere in the United States Constitution will you find a section that gives the Federal government the power to force Americans to inject something into their bodies. The 10th Amendment is clear: any power not granted to the Federal government is reserved to the people.

What Joe Biden is doing is flagrantly unconstitutional and must be stopped.

The "legal" framework behind his order is also ridiculous. Biden is empowering OSHA to force businesses to vaccinate their employees under a statute that allows the government to set workplace emergency regulations to confront a "sudden or unexpected workplace hazard." Covid-19 has been around for over a year and a half. There is nothing "sudden" or "unexpected" about this virus. So even if it was Constitutional for Biden to do this - it isn't - his vaccine mandate is illegal.

Joe Biden has no right to make vaccination a condition of earning a living in this country.

This is the single most tyrannical executive action this country has ever seen.

You swore an oath to fight back against this kind of tyranny. You swore to defend the Constitution against its domestic enemies. Now is the time to honor that oath.

There are literally dozens of bills already introduced that would shut down all Federal vaccine mandates. You MUST force a vote on these bills and pass them into law.
