Your colleagues are about to commit national suicide. They are advancing amnesty for illegal aliens in the annual spending package without first securing the border or fixing the asylum loopholes that caused this immigration crisis.

The amnesty plan included in the Senate budget bill would set aside $107 Billion for amnesty. It would set the stage to provide amnesty, work permits, and a pathway to citizenship for around 10 million illegal aliens.

Whatever happened to "comprehensive" immigration reform? Whatever happened to securing the border, ending asylum fraud, and litigating the backlog of fraudulent asylum cases?

If you dole out amnesty without addressing what caused the immigration crisis, you will guarantee that we are back in this same position 10-20 years from now. One of the reasons that the border is being overrun by illegal aliens right now is that they know the Democrat amnesty bill would legalize almost every illegal alien in the country at the time it passes. The border is being overrun because the entire world wants to get in here before that bill passes...

If you grant amnesty, work permits, and citizenship to practically every illegal alien in the country without securing the border and fixing the broken asylum system that caused this crisis, you will only make it a hundred times worse.

Instead of throwing gasoline on the fire, you should be restarting border wall construction to secure the areas of the border that need it most. You should be closing the loopholes in our asylum system that illegal aliens abuse to gain entry by filing fraudulent asylum claims. You should restore ICE and Border Patrol's detention funding so they can detain illegal aliens rather than release them into the interior. And yes, you should stop the DHS Secretary from releasing Covid-Positive illegal aliens into American cities and towns. New data now shows that 40% of the illegal aliens released by DHS in Laredo, TX last month tested positive for Covid-19. They are then being put on buses and planes and sent all around the country to spread the virus...

These are real problems that need to be fixed. Once the border is secure and the asylum loopholes are closed, we can debate what should happen to the millions of illegal aliens who are already here. But handing out amnesty without securing the border or reforming the asylum system would be national suicide and you know it!

You CANNOT allow the amnesty funding in the Senate bill to become law! You CANNOT allow House Democrats to add any additional amnesty components to the annual spending package!

I don't care what it takes. You cannot allow this amnesty bill to pass.

Heed this warning: Any Congressman or Senator who votes for these amnesty provisions, or allows them to pass, will be removed from office. That is not a threat, it is a promise.
