Breaking: Biden Intervening to STOP Election Security Laws

Last week, the Biden administration filed a lawsuit against the State of Georgia claiming that their new election laws "deny or abridge the right to vote on account of race." This is a complete lie. There is not one law on the books that denies anyone the right to vote on the basis of their race.

The Elections Clause (Article 1, Section 4) of the United States Constitution is very clear.  State legislatures have the power to set their own election laws. Georgia has determined that the manner in which the 2020 election was conducted was unacceptable, so they have passed legislation to not only restrict opportunities for election fraud, but also to restore the public's confidence in these elections.

Georgia's new election law is about as common-sense as it gets. It mandates that drop boxes be placed inside where they can be monitored by election officials and security cameras, outlaws private funding for election offices, bans political parties and organizations from handing out gifts to voters in line, outlaws unsolicited absentee ballots or applications, and it requires voter ID for all absentee ballot applications.

Biden's lawsuit says that this is all racist. Even worse, the DOJ is gearing up for more lawsuits and interventions.

How can you let this happen? How can you allow the DOJ to intervene to preserve opportunities for voter fraud to impact the results of an election?

A new Rasmussen poll shows that 55% of Americans support the use of forensic audits to confirm election results. A plurality of Americans also believe that there was sufficient fraud in the 2020 election to have impacted the results.

Government exists to protect individuals' rights and you derive your power from the consent of the governed. When you lose that consent or fail to safeguard states' rights and individual liberties, you will be removed.

You do not have the consent of the governed if a plurality of Americans believe the election results were fraudulent... You are nothing without the faith and trust of your constituents.

Joe Biden's Department of Justice, however, is preparing to intervene and shut down all of the audits and election integrity efforts. DOJ officials claim that the Arizona auditors are not safeguarding the ballots, a pretty humorous accusation considering all of the chain of custody violations from the 2020 Election that the DOJ refused to investigate or prosecute...

The DOJ is also accusing the auditors of violating voters' civil rights because they plan to canvass neighborhoods with large amounts of fraud to verify whether the voters who submitted ballots actually voted. Biden's DOJ claims that is a violation of the Voting Rights Act because it would "intimidate, threaten, or coerce any person for voting or attempting to vote... or for urging or aiding any person to vote or attempt to vote."

The Constitution does NOT give the DOJ the power to intervene in a state's election audit. Only the State legislature and Congress have the authority to determine how elections are conducted. Joe Biden doesn't seem to care, though. The DOJ is intervening anyway.

You need to put a stop to this. What the DOJ is doing is literally election interference.

If the 2020 election was legitimate and untainted by fraud, as some claim, then they should want the audit to conclude. If there is no fraud, there is no reason to fear election security laws. The fact that the DOJ is now moving to intervene paints a very different picture...

You need to shut down this election interference. You have the power of the purse specifically for moments like this when Executive overreach threatens the rights of states and the liberties of Americans.

The Biden administration is dragging us towards a Constitutional crisis. If you will not fulfill your duty and rise up to stop them, I will have no choice but to remove you from office and replace you with someone who takes their oath seriously!
