In Arizona, election auditors just revealed that the election database was wiped clean on the electronic voting system just days before Maricopa County surrendered the machines for the audit.

Let me say that again: While this data was under subpoena and a preservation order, someone went in and deleted the logs.

This came after Maricopa County told auditors that they did not have the admin passwords for the Dominion electronic voting systems. This is very illegal. As the Biden DOJ reminded the auditors last week, Federal law requires that election officials maintain total control of their election systems before, during, and after the election. Total control is impossible without admin credentials... This begs the question: Who deleted the database?

Either Maricopa County is lying and they do have the admin password, which would have allowed them to delete the databases, or they are telling the truth and some other actor, either remotely or on-site, logged in to wipe the logs. The auditors are also trying to examine the county's routers to see if the machines were hacked. However, Maricopa County is refusing to allow them to examine their internet infrastructure.

The facts are simple: Right before the Arizona State Senate began its audit, while all election systems and data were under subpoena, someone went into the systems and deleted the databases in clear violation of the preservation order. If this was a court of law, the act of destroying this evidence would be treated as an admission of guilt...

The problem is that this is not being treated that way. Right now, the audits in Antrim and Maricopa Counties are being managed at the local level and in both cases, databases were deleted to avoid scrutiny from auditors.

You MUST intervene! The American people deserve to have confidence that the 2020 election was legitimate. That is impossible if the audits are being performed at a local level, and spoliation of evidence goes unpunished.

I am demanding that you do two things. First, you must suspend Dominion Voting Systems and block the company from managing any Federal elections until a full audit can be completed. Given what we already know, it would be unconscionable to allow them to continue to manage America's elections until a full audit is finished.

Second, you must authorize that audit at the Federal level. You MUST intervene and audit election results and the election systems in Nevada, Arizona, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Wisconsin to once-and-for-all prove or disprove the allegations of fraud.

If Joe Biden was duly elected, the American people deserve to know that. Joe Biden deserves to have the confidence of the American people. Right now, the only two audits underway have not only uncovered evidence of fraud, but also a coordinated effort to cover it up.

Only Congress can authorize an interstate audit and that is exactly what you must do!
