This week, the Senate Rules Committee will mark up and vote on S. 1, the Senate's version of the so-called "For The People Act."

This flagrantly unconstitutional bill would force all 50 states to adopt election laws designed to benefit the Democrat Party. In honesty, much of the bill is designed to make elections as insecure as possible to make it easier for activists to steal elections...

H.R. 1 and S.1 would make it illegal for states to remove dead people and inactive voters from the voter rolls. This would allow fraudulent votes to be cast on their behalf. Democrats are claiming that removing dead people's names from the voter rolls amounts to "voter suppression."

The bills would force states to accept fraudulent same-day voter registration. We see this happen a lot in New Hampshire. People come over from Massachusetts and register same-day to vote in the more competitive NH races. The law would also require states to adopt automatic and online voter registration. Automatic voter registration in states like California have led to ineligible people being registered and then casting illegal ballots. Online voting registration would make the voter rolls vulnerable to hacking as well.

They would outlaw Voter ID. States would no longer be allowed to require Voter ID when people apply for an absentee ballot. Meaning, anyone who wants to circumvent their state's Voter ID law would simply be able to vote by mail. You and your colleagues have no right to overrule state level Voter ID laws. A majority of Americans support Voter ID.

States would also be required to conduct 100% vote-by-mail elections whenever there is an infectious disease or natural disaster around election time. Considering that Election Day falls inside of both Flu and Hurricane Seasons, this would force swing states to vote by mail. We saw how chaotic and vulnerable mail in voting was. Now, your colleagues want to make this the new reality.

Most disgustingly, the bill would allow states to receive mail-in ballots for up to 10 days after election day. In other words, if all of these other fraud efforts don't steal elections, fraudsters can spend 10 days after the polls close waiting for more ballots to arrive...

The Senate is rushing to mark up this bill so that it can pass in time to influence the 2022 midterms. With the first Primary Election now just nine and a half months away, the bill's authors know that they are running out of time to change the country's election laws in time for the midterms...

That alone is reason enough to kill this bill. No single party should be allowed to change election laws in all 50 states to specifically benefit candidates. The fact that your colleagues are discussing lifting the filibuster to pass this into law along a party-line vote is disgusting.

I don't care what it takes, you MUST block this legislation from passing. No amount of changes can make this legislation palatable.

The American People deserve elections they can trust, not a system that would guarantee fraud.

Mark my words: Any Congressman or Senator, Republican or Democrat, who votes for this will pay the price.

Do the right thing and kill this bill, once and for all!
