The Boulder, Colorado shooting was terrorism. It was perpetrated by a radicalized Middle Eastern immigrant.

Joe Biden, however, is calling this gun violence. Instead of focusing on the shooter's intentions, Biden wants to disarm law-abiding Americans.

After Biden delivered a speech calling for "expanded background checks" and a new gun ban, the White House Press Secretary admitted that the President is preparing to go-it-alone push gun control through by executive order.

What Biden is preparing to do is unconstitutional, a textbook definition of tyranny, and a direct threat to this Republic! He must be stopped!

Biden is reportedly preparing at least three major gun control executive orders. All of them are flagrantly unconstitutional.

The first would ban homemade firearms. The goal would be to classify all firearm manufacturing as commercial activity, meaning that if an American built their own gun without first receiving a Type 7 Federal Firearms License, they would be committing a felony. Americans have been building their own firearms since before the American Revolution. Biden has no right to outlaw homemade firearms and you MUST block this executive order from being signed!

The second proposal would use ITAR to restrict firearm imports. Since 1989, the Federal government has banned the import of semi-automatic firearms that do not have a "sporting purpose." Over the years, importers have found ways to comply with these bans. The Biden administration, however, wants to strengthen these regulations to ban all semi-automatic firearm imports. Since ITAR also applies to domestic manufacturing, the Biden White House is considering new regulations on American gun manufacturers to make it harder for them to stay in business. Again, this is something that the President has no constitutional or legal right to do. If the President tries to implement a gun ban by executive order, using this or any other regulatory approach, I am demanding that you defend the Constitution and block it from going into effect.

Lastly, the White House is considering a Kamala Harris proposal to redefine what it means to be "in the business of selling firearms." Currently, only licensed gun dealers must conduct background checks. The Harris plan would redefine "gun store" to include anyone who sells firearms. Instead of changing the background check law, this executive order would make it illegal to privately sell guns without first becoming a gun store (a lengthy and very expensive process). The Federal government has no authority to regulate or ban private firearm sales or transfers. You CANNOT allow this tyrannical order to go into effect.

These are just some of the executive orders Biden is considering. The point is that the President wants to act without Congress. He wants to expand Executive Power to regulate and restrict the 2nd Amendment. This is what tyranny looks like.

I am demanding that you put a stop to this. I don't care what it takes, you must block Joe Biden's gun control executive orders. If he follows through and signs them, then you must use every tool at your disposal to overturn them. Yes, that includes discharge petitions and the Congressional Review Act...

You cannot allow the President of the United States to impose gun control on the American people by Executive Order. This is precisely the kind of despotism you swore an oath to fight against.

If you will not honor that oath, then you leave us no choice but to remove you from office!
