Yesterday, Merrick Garland proved that he is unfit to serve as Attorney General.

He dodged every controversial question and when he did answer, Merrick Garland revealed himself to be the radical we always feared that he was...

He stated that he "hasn't really thought" about whether illegal immigration should be treated as a crime. It is a crime. Congress made it a crime. Here, we have an Attorney General nominee refusing to even admit that illegal immigration is a crime.

Garland refused to answer what he believed the original intent was for the 2nd Amendment, instead choosing to devote his answer for his support for new gun control.

Inexplicably, Garland reclassified the January 6th Capitol Protest as the "US Capitol bombing," and promised that he would fully prosecute the "white supremacists" responsible. The United States Capitol was not bombed on January 6th...

He refused to commit to releasing the findings from John Durhman's investigation into the FBI's crimes during the Trump-Russia witch hunt. Garland refused to comment on Joe Biden's transgender sports executive order, even though he would be in charge of enforcing much of it. And when asked about the new revelations that NY Governor Andrew Cuomo covered up the true number of Covid-19 nursing home fatalities, Garland refused to comment on it.

But the most inexplicable response came after a question from Senator Josh Hawley about the violent attacks against a Federal Courthouse in Portland last summer. Merrick Garland declared that ANTIFA rioters hurling explosives at a Federal building and trying to burn it down with police barricaded inside did not qualify as domestic terrorism because it happened at night. It is possible for terror attacks to happen at night, Garland just attempted to talk his way out of having to admit that there are Leftist Domestic Terrorists...

The American people deserve better than this. Now that we know what Merrick Garland truly believes about these issues, it is disgusting that Barack Obama attempted to pass him off as a "moderate."

Merrick Garland was blocked from ascending to the Supreme Court because the American people recognized he was too radical for the bench and demanded his nomination be blocked. Nothing has changed. Merrick Garland is still too radical to hold any higher position in the United States Government.

I am demanding that you do everything in your power to kill this nomination. Merrick Garland is unfit to serve. The American people deserve an Attorney General who will faithfully enforce the laws and obey the Constitution, not refuse to even admit that they even exist!

Anyone who votes to confirm this radical will be removed from office. That is a promise!
