There are now a sufficient number of co-sponsors to object to the Electoral College votes from six disputed states. 3 USC § 15 requires that both a Congressman and Senator co-sponsor an objection in order for it to be heard.

Despite the GOP Establishment's best efforts to scare Senators out of objecting, we now know that the formal objection will be advanced by Rep. Mo Brooks and Senator-Elect Tommy Tuberville.

These Electoral College challenges will happen. Under the law, each challenge will lead to 2 hours of floor debate and an on-the-record vote in both the House and the Senate.

The people who perpetrated the fraud during this election had years to prepare. Limiting debate to just two hours, given what is at stake, is unacceptable and you know it. In both of the two previous objectors to Electoral College results, additional floor time was given to the objectors to make their case. Considering that the alleged fraud spans at least six states that make up the entirety of Joe Biden's Electoral College win, it is imperative that you allocate more than just two hours to discussing the evidence of fraud.

I am demanding that you sign onto Rep. Mo Brooks' letter and demand full hearings on voter fraud. You must force a Congressional audit and investigation into these allegations of fraud BEFORE any Electoral College votes can be certified.

If Joe Biden won fair-and-square, then he will be the next President of the United States. But right now, there are simply too many credible allegations of fraud to simply coronate Biden as the winner when the Electoral College results are opened in Congress.

The American people have a right to know that their President won legitimately, and not as the result of fraud. They have a right to know that only legal votes were counted.

You have the ability to give this to the American people. You have the power to, once and for all, determine whether the allegations of fraud are founded or not. You must exercise this authority.

You MUST launch a full investigation into these allegations of fraud and an audit into the vote counting. You must provide time for witnesses and experts to testify without time limitations to ensure that all evidence can be presented.

Until these hearings, audits, and investigations are completed, you cannot vote to certify disputed Electoral College votes from Arizona, Nevada, Wisconsin, Michigan, Georgia, or Pennsylvania. When the Electoral College votes from these states are challenged, you must vote to sustain the challenge.

If you refuse, I will have no choice but to assume you are complicit in all of this and remove you from office!
