There is now ample evidence of fraudulent ballots and illegally conducted elections to invalidate the results in a number of states.

Election laws in Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Georgia were illegally changed without consultation with their state legislatures. Not only does this violate state statutes, but it also violates Article II, Section 1, Clause 2 of the United States Constitution, which requires that state legislatures decide the manner in which Electoral College electors are chosen.

Michigan's statute says that unless a voter requests an absentee ballot application, only local officials and the Federal government can send unsolicited applications to voters. This year, however, the Secretary of State violated that statute by sending an absentee ballot application to every single registered voter. This was a deliberate attempt to circumvent the legislature and a clear violation of both state law and Article II, Section 1, Clause 2 of the United States Constitution.

The same can be said for election changes in Wisconsin. Not only did government officials encourage voters to illegally claim that they were indefinitely confined (so they could receive mail-in ballots without showing ID), but the government also installed illegal, unmanned mail-in ballot drop boxes. State law requires that ballot drop off locations be staffed by local government officials. Every single ballot that was collected through one of these unmanned drop boxes was collected illegally, in violation of state law, and, because it was done without the consent of the legislature, in violation of Article II, Section 1, Clause 2 of the US Constitution.

In Georgia, the state legislature has passed laws dictating how absentee ballots are to be canvassed. The statutes lay out the precise process for verifying signatures and curing mistakes. This year, however, the Secretary of State signed an agreement with the Democrat party promising to change how absentee ballots are scrutinized. As a result, the state went from a 3-4% rejection rate all the way down to less than half a percent of mail-in ballots being rejected. Considering that Joe Biden won* by 0.2 percent of the vote, these illegal changes to the election law affected the results. Since they were also done without the consent of the legislature, they also violated Article II, Section 1, Clause 2 of the US Constitution.

The same is true for Pennsylvania. The state's Constitution dictates that voters need an excuse to vote by mail. Last year, however, a law was passed allowing for no-excuse mail in voting without making any changes to the state constitution. In other words, every single person who voted by mail without providing an excuse allowed by Article VII, Section 14 of the Pennsylvania Constitution ended up casting an unconstitutional ballot. Similar to Georgia, we also saw the Secretary of State's office agree to not scrutinize absentee ballot signatures, despite the fact that state law requires it. All of these changes to the election process were done illegally and in violation of both the Pennsylvania and US Constitution.

In Arizona and Nevada, investigations have also revealed a massive Democrat Party scheme in tribal areas to pay Native Americans to vote. The Democrat Party handed out gift cards, cash, and expensive prizes as rewards for people who voted. Not only is this a clear violation of state law, but it is a violation of the Federal ban on vote buying (found in Title 18, Section 597 of the US Code).

When you combine these legal and constitutional violations with the statistical anomalies and irregularities, it is clear that the results are illegitimate. When the Electoral College votes tomorrow to declare Joe Biden the winner, that vote will be illegitimate.

Luckly, Title 3 Section 15 of the United States Code gives Congress the power to challenge the legitimacy of Electoral College votes. That is exactly what you must do.

Congressman Mo Brooks plans to file a formal challenge to the results from states like AZ, NV, WI, MI, PA, and GA. Doing so would force Congress to conduct 12 hours of debate, allowing for the evidence of fraud and illegal election changes to be presented to the country.

I am demanding that you sign onto Rep. Brooks' challenge. You must force a full debate so that these disputed results can be challenged and investigated.

Then, I am demanding that you refuse to certify the electoral college votes from these states. The American people deserve a legitimate President, not one with an asterisk next to his name... You have a duty to ensure that illegally and unconstitutionally conducted elections be blocked from final certification.

If you refuse to honor this duty, then you are an enemy of the Republic and must be removed from office!
