Breaking: Supreme Court Cowards Refuse To Hear Texas Case

The Supreme Court has refused to hear Texas v. Pennsylvania, et. al. They refused to hear the merits of the case and instead found that Texas lacked standing.

The argument that one state cannot claim to be harmed by fraud committed by another is ludicrous. But even more ridiculous is the fact that despite other parties joining the lawsuit - including President Trump, who would absolutely have a claim of being harmed - the Supreme Court still decided to toss out the ruling.

Everything contained in Texas' lawsuit was true. Texas went state by state and explained how elections conducted in Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Georgia violated state law and, in doing so, violated Article II, Section 1, Clause 2 of the United States Constitution.

The Constitution dictates that "each State shall appoint, in such Manner as the Legislature thereof may direct, a Number of Electors."

Presidential elections must be conducted as devised by state legislatures. Whenever a presidential election is conducted in a manner not approved by the state legislature, the constitution states that it must be considered illegitimate.

In Michigan, the Secretary of State's office decided to send out a vote-by-mail application to all registered voters. Michigan state law, however, dictates that an absentee ballot application can only be requested by the voter, distributed by local officials, or included in a federal postcard application. State law does not allow the Secretary of State to universally mail out absentee ballot applications to all registered voters. Michigan conducted a presidential election in violation of state law and the United States Constitution and you have an obligation to refuse to certify it.

Wisconsin state law requires that any alternate ballot drop-off location be "shall be staffed by the municipal clerk or the executive director of the board of election commissioners" or by their employees. This is to ensure that when people drop off absentee ballots, someone can be there to ensure they are not stuffing the box with illegally harvested ballots. This year, however, the executive branch in Wisconsin illegally authorized the use of unmanned ballot drop off boxes. Without any way to tell just how many ballots were illegally collected in these unmanned drop boxes, you cannot allow these illegitimate results to be certified.

In Georgia, the Secretary of State's office entered into a settlement agreement with the Democrat Party, agreeing to alter the process in which absentee ballot signatures are verified and rejected ballots are allowed to be cured. Unfortunately, the Secretary of State did not have discretion on this issue because the Legislature explicitly wrote those procedures into state law. As a result, ballots that should have been rejected according to the statute passed by the Legislature were instead allowed to be counted by the Executive Branch. This is in clear violation of the US Constitution's Electors Clause and you MUST block these illegitimate results from being certified.

Lastly, in Pennsylvania, the Secretary of State illegally and unconstitutionally entered into a court settlement with the League of Women Voters relaxing the standards by which absentee ballot signatures are checked and scrutinized. State law dictates that signatures must be verified, but the settlement declared that ballots would not be rejected purely because of bad signatures... This is a clear violation of the state statute and yet another example of how Pennsylvania conducted an election that was both illegal and unconstitutional.

The Founders gave you the power to issue the final decision on certification for a reason. If all other bulwarks fall, the United States Congress is the last line of defense in ensuring that fraudulent, disputed, or illegitimate Electoral College votes are not counted.

It is now time for you to fulfill this obligation. Barring any judicial intervention, you will be asked to vote to certify the Electoral College's results In the coming days. You will be asked to sign off on results that are legally and constitutionally illegitimate.

You know that you cannot sign off on this. The fact that these elections were conducted in violation of state law and the US Constitution, combined with the allegations of fraud and unjustifiable statistical irregularities, requires that you vote against certifying the results.

But if you choose to vote to rubber stamp this fraud anyway, knowing that these election results are illegal, unconstitutional, and illegitimate, I promise that I will not rest until you are removed from office...
