Just this week, Pennsylvania officials announced that they had rejected more than 330,000 absentee ballot applications because they were duplicates. 330,000 Pennsylvanians had tried to request multiple ballots, either intentionally or unintentionally.

In New York City, elections officials admit that they accidentally sent 100,000 ballots to the wrong people at the wrong addresses. Instead of collecting them, their plan is to send another 100,000 ballots out and hope that they reach the right people this time.

In Minnesota, a massive ballot harvesting scheme was recently uncovered. Paid Democrat operatives admitted on camera to buying votes and even "harvesting" ballots from nursing homes... In Texas, investigators just filed affidavits alleging that Biden campaign officials are involved in an illegal ballot harvesting scheme as well. In Michigan, 400 misprinted ballots were sent to soldiers overseas, making it technically impossible for them to cast a vote for Donald Trump and Mike Pence. In Pennsylvania, they found military ballots in the trash. In Wisconsin, a sack of mail (including ballots) was discovered in a ditch. In Kentucky, 100 ballots were discovered in a dumpster.

This is happening all across the country. And now your colleagues want to capitalize on this by using ballot harvesters to collect all the ballots...

Ballot harvesting is the practice of sending paid political operatives door to door to collect people's ballots. Most states only allow family members and medical caregivers to take possession of a voter's ballot, and for good reason. Once a ballot changes hands, the likelihood of fraud skyrockets.

Nancy Pelosi has spent the past few months refusing to pass a new coronavirus relief bill unless it includes a provision to legalize ballot harvesting nationwide. She is pressing to hold a vote on her ballot harvesting scheme this week.

You need to put a stop to this once and for all. I am demanding that you sign on as a co-sponsor for H.R.8285 and do everything in your power to force a vote and pass it into law.

H.R.8285 - Election Fraud Prevention Act - would preempt any provision passed in Pelosi's relief package and to put an end to ballot harvesting in states where it is already legal!

The bill is common sense. It stipulates that only four people are allowed to take possession of a voter's ballot: (1) postal workers, (2) election officials, (3) family members, and (4) medical caregivers. If anyone else takes possession of a ballot, it would be considered spoiled and invalid. Any state that allows ballot harvesting would lose access to Federal election funding.

There is nothing controversial about this. You and I both know that ballot harvesting poses a serious risk to our Republic. You swore an oath to defend the Republic and the Constitution. Failing or refusing to put an end to ballot harvesting constitutes a violation of your oath of office.

If you won't do what is necessary to protect our Republic, you will be removed from office! That is a promise!
