You must do everything in your power to ensure that Amy Coney Barrett is swiftly confirmed and added to the bench in time to hear crucial cases coming before the Supreme Court this fall!

In the coming days, the Supreme Court is expected to hear a number of important cases. Without a 9th Justice on the Bench, we run the risk of a deadlocked Supreme Court leaving truly heinous lower court rulings in place.

We know that Joe Biden has hired 600+ lawyers to challenge election results across the country. We also know that Democrat organizations are suing in swing states to extend the deadline for voters to submit mail-in ballots.

These cases will reach the Supreme Court. We know that because we already have a circuit split on the issue of mail-in ballots and election deadlines. We know that the election results will be challenged as well. Remember Bush v. Gore in 2000? Imagine what would have happened if a deadlocked Supreme Court was unable to reach a decision. If we go into the 2020 election with a vacancy on the Supreme Court, we run the risk of a full-blown Constitutional crisis.

There are also a number of religious liberty cases making their way up to the Supreme Court. This summer, the Supreme Court issued one of its most disgusting rulings yet, deciding that it was constitutional for Nevada to re-open casinos while keeping churches closed. Luckily, other religious liberty cases are coming before the Supreme Court, giving us an opportunity for a do-over. But not if the seat remains vacant...

There are also 2nd Amendment cases being brought before the Supreme Court. For years, the Conservatives on the bench have rejected gun rights cases for fear that John Roberts would side with the Left. If Barrett is not confirmed, we will have to wait years before new gun rights cases reach the nation's highest court...

Many of your colleagues, however, are saying that the President has no right to fill the seat. Even though they were demanding that Barack Obama's nominee be confirmed 4 years ago, now they have apparently changed their minds and want Barrett blocked.

Ruth Bader Ginsburg said back in 2016 that "there is nothing in the Constitution that says the President stops being President in his final year in office." Donald Trump is President and has a Constitutional obligation to nominate a replacement. It is your job to make sure that the Supreme Court has a full complement of 9 Justices.

We risk a legitimate Constitutional crisis this year if this seat is not filled.

You must confirm Amy Coney Barrett this month, before the election, to ensure that the Supreme Court is equipped to deal with any and all election challenges and able to effectively hear the cases being brought before it this fall.

No doubt, there are people trying to pressure you to leave the seat open. But I need you to understand that if you go that route... if you indeed attempt to block this Supreme Court vacancy from being filled... I will not rest until you are removed from office!
