Joe Biden just said, on camera, that the American people "don't deserve" to know his position on court packing before the election. Only after the election will let Americans know his position on court packing.

All he has to do is say "no," when asked whether he plans to pack the Supreme Court. The reason Joe Biden and Kamala Harris won't answer the question is because they support it. They plan to add 2+ additional Leftist Justices to the Supreme Court to ensure that a Liberal majority will control the court for decades to come.

Jim Jordan has introduced a bill to stop this. Not only would his legislation make it harder for the Left to pack the Court, but it would also force Democrats to go on-the-record about whether or not they support this scheme.

Democrats wouldn't be able to hide and refuse to answer the question. They would be forced to vote yes or no on whether they support packing the Supreme Court with extra Leftist Justices.

For over 150 years, the Supreme Court has had nine Justices. While the number used to fluctuate as new states were added to the union, the Supreme Court's bench was set at 9 Justices in 1869 and has stayed there ever since.

A number of your Democrat colleagues, however, want to increase the number of Justices on the bench should they win the White House and control of both the House and the Senate. They are so angry that Donald Trump has the opportunity to replace Ruth Bader Ginsburg and ideologically flip the seat that they are scheming to add additional left-leaning Justices to the bench to sway the Court for generations to come.

Joe Biden is refusing to answer whether or not he supports this scheme. Just yesterday, Biden said that Americans "don't deserve" to know his position on court packing until after the election.

This is insane.

Jim Jordan has introduced a bill that would force all of Congress to go on-the-records as to whether or not they support this court packing scheme. The resolution states that Congress "condemns and opposes any attempt to increase the number of Justices of the Supreme Court of the United States or otherwise ‘pack the court.'"

This shouldn't be controversial. If Members of Congress support changing the number of Justices on the Supreme Court, then the American people deserve to know that before any more votes are cast. If the answer is "no," then this should be an easy vote to take...

But the point is that you need to force the vote. The American people deserve to know the truth before casting their ballots.

I am DEMANDING that you use every tool at your disposal to force a vote on Jim Jordan's common sense resolution. That includes introducing it as a privileged resolution and, yes, using a discharge petition if necessary.

I need you to understand that if you refuse to force this vote, I will have no choice to assume that you support the far left's proposal to pack the Supreme Court.
