In September of 2016, CIA Director John Brennan sent a memo to James Comey and Peter Strzok informing them that the Clinton campaign planned to distract from Hillary Clinton's email scandal by perpetuating a lie that Donald Trump is a Russian asset.

We also know from John Brennan's hand-written notes that he briefed Barack Obama about "a proposal from one of [Clinton's] foreign policy advisers to vilify Donald Trump by stirring up a scandal claiming interference by the Russian security service."

The language is important. He didn't brief Obama on a government report or an assessment. He briefed Barack Obama on a "proposal" from the Clinton campaign.

Clinton proposed smearing Trump to distract from her own criminal misconduct, and Obama agreed to go along with it. How do we know that? Not only did Barack Obama ask to be briefed on what anti-Trumper Peter Strzok was doing, but he told James Comey to continue the investigation, even after career FBI officials tried to close the investigation for lack of evidence. Obama gave this scheme his blessing.

What Obama did was criminal. He can't get out of it this time. He can't claim that he learned about this seditious conspiracy in the newspapers. He was one of the co-conspirators.

At the very least, Obama is guilty of violating 18 USC Section 242 because he participated in a scheme to deprive someone of their rights under the color of law. At worst, Barack Obama was involved in a seditious conspiracy (18 USC Section 2384), a felony punishable by up to 20 years in prison. And there are a whole host of criminal statutes that fall in between.

Obama can no longer claim willful ignorance or that he wasn't involved. Barack Obama participated in a scheme to weaponize the FBI to go after Hillary Clinton's political opponent. Then, after Donald Trump won, Barack Obama told the FBI Director to keep the witch hunt going, in an obvious attempt to cripple the incoming administration.

This is the worst political crime in American history. It is time for people to start going to prison. And yes, Barack Obama must be investigated and, if warranted, prosecuted as well.

Here is the good news. While Obama and Biden have not yet testified before Congress, the rest of these anti-Trump conspirators have delivered testimony under oath. They all swore that the investigation wasn't political and that there was no coordination with the Clinton campaign. They lied to Congress.

Under the law, you have the authority to refer people directly to the US Attorney's office for investigation and prosecution. I am demanding that you do just that.

It is no longer a question. The FBI was weaponized to destroy a Republican candidate, and the scheme went all the way up Barack Obama.

I am DEMANDING that you issue criminal referrals for Comey, Strzok, Brennan, Clinton, Biden, and Obama, so they can be investigated and, if warranted, prosecuted for the role they played in this illegal and unconstitutional witch hunt.

If you will not pursue justice, I will have no choice but to consider you complicit in these schemes and dedicate myself to your removal from office.
