This is getting out of control. In New York City, elections officials admit that they accidentally sent 100,000 ballots to the wrong people at the wrong addresses. Instead of collecting them, their plan is to send another 100,000 ballots out and hope that they reach the right people this time.

In Minnesota, a massive ballot harvesting scheme was recently uncovered. Paid Democrat operatives admitted on camera to buying votes and even "harvesting" ballots from nursing homes... In Texas, investigators just filed affidavits alleging that Biden campaign officials are involved in an illegal ballot harvesting scheme as well. In Michigan, 400 misprinted ballots were sent to soldiers overseas, making it technically impossible for them to cast a vote for Donald Trump and Mike Pence. In Pennsylvania, they found military ballots in the trash. In Wisconsin, a sack of mail (including ballots) was discovered in a ditch.

Enough is enough. This is an attempt to steal the election, plain and simple.

The more ballots get sent out, the more ballot harvesters get dispatched to collect them. This is not a conspiracy theory, this is happening.

The good news is there is a way for you to stop it. And the legislation you need to pass was written by one of your Democrat colleagues. Rep. Tulsi Gabbard has introduced H.R.8285, the Election Fraud Prevention Act. This legislation would cut off all Federal election funding to states that allow ballot harvesting.

More importantly, this Federal legislation would throw a wrench into activist court rulings that have allowed ballot harvesting to take place in states where they were banned by statute.

Under H.R.8285, the only people who would be allowed to take possession of a voter's absentee ballot would be postal workers, poll workers, family members, or registered caregivers. If a state wanted to keep ballot harvesting, they would lose access to the Federal funding that helps them run their elections.

This shouldn't be controversial. You have an obligation to protect the integrity of the election, and H.R.8285 would do just that.

If you will not sign on as a co-sponsor and do everything in your power to force a vote, you will leave me no choice but to assume you are complicit in these schemes. At that point, you will have to be removed from office.

Please, do the right thing and pass H.R.8285 before it is too late!
